The save from the overhead kick attempt first half was when I realised he's still who he was pre injury. Massive relief.

The one with his feet didn't look spectacular but was an equally good save too

MOM by a mile. Shaq's footballing was good, but his diving and theatricals....It's a NO from me.

Jack has proved today that he is definitely our number one keeper. I just hope we can keep hold of him.

Great to see he looks like he can get back to his best.
But why did he take an eternity to take every goal kick even when time was running out and we desperately needed some urgency?

I'm so happy for him. I've been struggling with a debilitating illness that forced me out of my job as it's no longer physically possible.
The mental toll cannot be overstated. While Jack didn't have the financial worries the rest of us do in that situation, he had to deal with the psychological torment of losing his physical ability when his job depends on that physical ability.

Grant has been our player of the season but you saw today that Jack is just on another level. I think we forgot just how good he is.

This thread lacks the required Oatcake negativity, so here goes.... Excellent performance which may have lost him for us for next season, I would think that the big boys were nervous for making a serious bid this summer, given his year out, and may have waited to see how he performed next season. This form however may lead to some offers we can't refuse over the summer

Southgate was there too, decent performance from Ryan too but probably to no avail.

He's earned it and everything but it's going to say a lot about our season if our panic buy reserve goalie gets POTS innit 😕

Was touch and go there, it's been a year now.. So pleased for him Sorry to hear you are going through such hard times duckling. You seem good on a computer maybe you can work from home online?

Infront of Gareth Southgate too. Good stuff. Great, now he can go play in some pointless International friendly & we can lose him for another 18 months...

Absolutely outstanding. Man of the Match by a mile. Grant has been excellent for us, but Jack is different class

I think we will slap such a huge price on him it will make suitors look elsewhere, I hope that he shows some loyalty and does not put in a request now, win / win will be to get him on an extended contract, not sure what he is on now, which bumps his price up, get another season out of him, then cash in.
