Don't disagree the players get an easy ride, Chelsea and Leicester have recently been examples of 'player power'. But at the end of the day the buck stops with the manager. It's his head on the block if it goes wrong as he well knows. Sadly you're right.....it will never ever ever change - mores the pity. There's a few in our squad I would gladly give a P45 to. There's a couple a Colt 45 would be more apt

Both, cheaper to change the manager than an entire squad of players that, that manager signed.
Sorry Mark, I can't see a happy ending.

It's on days like this when I am convinced Hughes doesn't have a clue. He fell on a line-up by accident that worked for the last 30 minutes of the game against Hull. Why the hell did he not just start today the way we finished last week? The man is an idiot.

Personally I think it is partly the players. Not sure the players have faith in what Hughes is trying to do anymore.
If he's not got them convinced.....well, the buck stops with the manager

There is another thread on here.. Play well and get dropped!
And I think the title of that thread is the answer to your question: is it hughes or the players?
