The simple solution would be the one the FA would never ever consider as it would leave their coffers emptier & would look like in the face of it, not milking Wembley for what it's worth.... ...2 semi finals at neutral grounds. Nostalgia eh? I think it is possible you may see this sooner than you think. The FAs financial position is now healthier than it was and they are attracting more other uses to Wembley. The Spurs and possibly Chelsea situation also make it more likely

The problem has always been the massive cost of building the new Wembley...well over the odds, especially when you see what Cardiff got for a fraction of the money. Now the FA have to pimp it out for any and everything to try and pay off the debt Yes very true. With Chelsea and Spurs playing there soon , im afraid the magic of a wenbley final will fade a little.

They need to make a North Wembley (and not that vale park shit), a real stadium in Manchester for just this scenario then flip a coin for semis fucking disgusting favoritism there. The new wembley should have been in the middle maybe oxford - fans could go on a long weekend- friday- morse tour, saturday- visit a university and sunday - real ale tour then match A uni visit and a Morse tour? That will really get the footy fans flocking to Oxford won't it. Can't beat London for the tourist thing but only final should be there. I'd say semi's should always be Old Trafford and Newcastle. Let the southerners do the trekking for a change.
