Allen out Afellay out Whelan doubtful (according to Sentinel) So, one word answer, who would you go for?

Ha ha....love the little moving Imbers thing.
If Whelan makes it I'd definitely go with him and Cameron behind an attacking 3 of Shaq, Arnie and Ramadan.
If not then I'd be tempted to give Muniesa a go there rather than suffer another 90 minutes ofAdam or Imbula. I'd imagine that most people will be clamouring for Imbers because it's a while since they've seen him and so have forgotten just how wank he's become. Adam's stunk the place out a lot more recently, so we're less forgiving, even though he's not quite as much of a liability as Imbula is defensively.
Jesus, what a fucking choice.

Well, that is one word! Who would you go for then? Can't see him chucking Muniesa in, although he may well have more chance than good old Imbers, it has to be said..

Prick. Perhaps you would rather the options were Daryl Russell? or Mick Kennedy? Perhaps Amdy Faye? Maybe Michael Tonge? Surely not Diego Arismendi? Please stay away from my club. Your clearly not one of us. SGS

Mr Devil meet Mr Deep Blue Sea. Can't see him pulling the Muniesa midfield card out of the bottom of the deck at this late stage of the game, but frankly he's tried everything else. I was just seeing if there was a general appetite for more hot Imbers midfield action, or if most had washed their hands of him, even if it meant sticking with Charlie.

Imbula, we need legs, he may not get about as much as he should but least he is able, Cameron's athleticism can only carry so much.

Against Hull I'd go with adam, his positioning is better, and he doesn't lose his man on set pieces.

Adam for me, he knows the job and has been doing it for years, Imbula just isn't very good at football.

Both. Mint together in the 343 earlier in the season. Needs a good disciplined line from the back three, Adam sits and can spray it, a bit of grit and muscle to let Imbula do his thang. Wing backs have to tuck in and augment midfield too though.
Both.

Muniesa I guess. He's more mobile than Adam and would put more of a shift in than Imbula. He's good on the ball too.

Looking at those faces, the Imbula one doesn't exactly seem to be in a hurry, but the Charlie Adam one is moving even more slowly. It's probably had a couple of pints of McEwans and three scotch pies.

Give Imbula a chance to show what he can do. Bags of potential, and worth another go IMO. Let's see if he's up for the challenge, and if not, ship him out in the Summer.

Adam - he tends to look better against teams in this half of the League and can produce a goal. If we hadn't got ourselves in a position of needing the points it would have been an ideal opportunity to let Imbula have one last fling to show his worth.

I'd go with our fourth highest scorer in Premier League history. You know the bloke who gets an awful rap from some of the louder pricks on here and the wider Twittersphere.

Imbula is finished with us - his interview with French TV made that pretty plain. I can't see Hughes risking him when he trusts Charlie (who is normally far better when he starts games than when he appears - and disappears - as sub). Charlie might actually shoot, which is more than Imbula or anyone else in midfield manages.
