I'd leave Arnie out now until, hull it's simply a game we can't afford to lose , Remember this post when we go into the hull game on 36 points without him for that and possibly Swansea away either both of them within three or 6 points l ,
playing him him and getting booked will be remarkably naive management

It is Arnie who is naive not the management. So many of his nine were self inflicted. I wonder whether there is a brain cell or two in there.

Even Denis Smith said Ryan was lucky not to be sent off? Too many games where ill-discipline has appeared. So, it just isn't 'Arnie'. I'm in the Hughes In camp until a slide looks irreversible which we escaped by a couple of games early this season. However, the team needs an injection of youth and pace. That, I think we can all agree on?

Both Arnie and Allen need to stop picking up senseless bookings all the time. It has too many repercussions for the squad

Whilst I agree that Arnoutovic had far too many stupid bookings for dissent, his booking today was nonsense and completely undeserved. I'm not his biggest fan and I think he's too often a luxurious liability, but there is a built in unfairness regarding both colour cards in the Premiership.
I can think of Costa and Fabregas who should both have had 2 red cards this season alone, and that's just off the top of my head. Imbrahimovic is serving a ban for a truly nasty elbow that the FA decided was warranted, yet the ref was close enough to see it. Herrera on Allen at Old Trafford, not even booked. I could go on, but you get the drift.

He's not a luxurious liability mate, he's the only hope any of us have of getting our backsides of our seats in open play, if he or maybe Sobhi don't have the ball I am pretty sure nothing is going to happen. He is an absolute vital component, the heart of the team. Hope to god we do some early business in the summer to convince him we can do good things for him and he doesn't necessarily need to leave.

The tackle against Gray was never a red in a million years, yellow definitely, the way they described it on Radio Joke i thought he'd scissor kicked him into the stand!!

Agree - he had several other potential yellows, especially one in the 2nd half As you said the yellow was a stupid needless tackle when we had cover on the inside . Ryan's decision making should be better in such situations given his vast experience at this level.

He's along with Martins Indi one of the two players who are truly 'undroppable' imo

We are safe now so stop worrying Fancy hull to have 36 by first week in may looking at thre home games to come boro and Sunderland next up at home ,we are definitely still in the mix going into that game . Butrnley have a tough run mind too We're not remotely still in the mix. We're already safe.

Joe allen is a flash in the pan. Offers us absolutley fuck all He's our top scorer. This suggests he offers more than most others 2 goals in our last 22 games, or 1 in our last 13 games. The fact he's our top scorer says more about some of our other players (particularly our strikers)
