That was really poor Not that it matters but I would like to see if Arnie really was offside when the ball was played to him I have strongly supported Hughes but he needs to impress in the remaining games, if he is to stay I like him, and I'm not sure who I'd take in his place, but he's not the man to take us forward.

Peter coates has to make a change because its quite clear we are heading one way & thats down next season. Who you replace Hughes with is another matter but something has to change.

We'll win comfortably on Tuesday Lol! Not a chance! Burnley are all the things we aren't! A team, hard working and determined! They are also absolutely shite. The worst result we'll come away with is a 0-0

Yet again that two week rest did us well. Possibly a trip to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Timbuktu might have squeezed another couple of goals out of it for the Crisp-munchers but they rarely looked troubled. Of course we squandered chances noticeably by Crouchy and Berahino but really we gave too much away to a team that selects players that apparently know where the back of the bloody net is. Leicester always seemed to have a cou[le of more men than we did regardless of which third it was. Stoke heroes would be Bruno, Grant and Sobhi. Stoke zeros were a brace of Glen(n)s. This was a poor show where, our position in the league belies our ability to create a meaningful threat. This sadly doesn't look like a problem that is going to sort itself out.

That was embarrassing, too many lazy passes, kept getting caught in possession and why we can't just pass to our own players for once I don't know. Does he just let them play FIFA in training, they obviously don't play much football together. Positive point though, Sobhi was bloody brilliant again and Arnie had some good moments.

Pity we seem to have slipped in to a habit of playing the same old sloppy shit and habitually conceding defeat to teams that we should be performing better against. .wejust don't compete any more

We're poor. Slow. Plodding. Unjoyable viewing. Disjointed. I have not enough fucks left to give this season. PC might get irritated, might decide it's time to change. For who? Who knows... When the apathy level increases, you're in danger. Of what, I'm unsure. More muppets will buy season tickets. Money will still come in from the Prem. We're limping to the end of the season in a complete mess. Maybe this summer fortunes will change either good or bad. But right now we're simply an unenjoyable shambles. Pretty much sums up this season. It's been a disjointed, joyless grind of mediocrity. I'm not in the "Hughes out" camp, but he's quickly running low on the substantial amount of credit he had in the bank from the first 18 months of his tenure. Lots to ponder as we limp towards the end of a ponderous campaign. There needs to be a major rethink and re-tool in the summer. New full backs, a balanced midfield and a front man that can capitalize on the undoubted ability of Arnie and Ramadan. We desperately need an injection of pace throughout the side - that was painfully obvious today, and has been for some time. I can handle the fact that we've regressed a little after a decade of almost uninterrupted progress, but it cannot be allowed to continue. Big summer ahead, time to correct course and clear out the deadwood.

That is how I saw it too, could only could, have changed the game I think it definitely would have changed the complexion of the game (perhaps not the end result mind). It was a lovely ball through and good finish too. We'd have been very lucky to come away with a point though considering how poor we'd been preceding that moment.

Grant good Sobhi good Allen ok The rest , well words fail me Would add Arnie to that list, too. Though he looked the most likely to get us back in the game.

I thought the rest were average at best, with some really dire individual performances. I was trying to recall the last time that we had an XI on the pitch that were solid and organised defensively, had a good shape, and showed invention and guile going forward; and actually put in a performance for the whole 90 mins. Sunderland Away back in January was probably the best I could come up with? Feeling sore and disheartened atm. I'm sure it will all be different in the morning but for now I have to contend with the locals, at best, showing pity, and at worst being absolute bastards.

We will go into the hull game a maximum of six points ahead of them , possibly three knowing our next game after that is away at Swansea another certain defeat so plenty for these players to play for about £100 million at the last count .
Make no no mistake we are right in the mix third place between hull , Swansea and stoke city . if and when we get to 40 then people who need to leave
Scholes , Cartwright , Hughes , Bowen neidwotsit , Joselu , woolscheid , Johnson Whrelan , shaqiri , imbula , Adam , Walters , Bony , Ireland muniesa , I'd also say now berahino will never make it here with this manager .
thats one hell of a change and almost certain to end in tears but you don't make an omlette without breaking eggs .

We are a very poor side and that has been proven the last few weeks. Our full backs cannot cross the ball and our strikers wouldn't score if there was nobody in goal. I am not too critical of Barihino as now till the end of the season is just giving him a long pre season to hit the ground running next season but no excuses for the rest
