You only need to adjust the title caption a little and suddenly Karanka could be the appointed successor to Wenger at Arsenal. After all there is no profession like football management for rewarding failure with a new fantastic opportunity somewhere else.

But Aitor always said that Middlesborough needed more quality but he was denied the transfer funds? Manager made the scapegoat for the owner's tight fistedness? And...... when he GOT funds in January he imported "quality" in the shape of Gestede and Bamford 'Nuff said, really
