Acosta was rude and demanding. Its a press conference asking questions not a debating chamber. Trump answered him but he kept on bleating like a spoilt little brat. You do know he works for cnn right? The biggest peddler of leftwing batshit crazy lies in the western hemisphere. Evryone who has anything to do with that corrupt network needs to be slung in jail for treason against the state and its citizens. They are the epitome of fake news. Cnn are part of the reason why Trump won and the pushback will only grow stronger the more they push their progressive agenda.

See the judges have told Trump to put all his toys back in the pram & let Jim Acosta back into the party I'm guessing Acosta will never be called upon again. Might be like that Black Mirror episode where people are blocked out so you can't even talk to or see them.

I haven't seen any of the episode but there's a ever growing rudeness from the press at press conferences and it's not just against Trump. Laura Kuennsberg was disgraceful at the press conference with Trump and Theresa May after his victory. There's so much antagonism in their questioning and then shock and surprise when a ban comes their way.

You only have to look at Don Lemon a black cnn anchor who calls on a travel ban for 'white males'....who he considers a threat to american society........ by the way he has a white boyfriend and lives in a predominantly white neighborhood..... The facts are there is only one race of people doing the vast majority of shootings and killings in the USA and its not his boyfriends' race..... cnn and the rest of the msm don't like to tell that story though......look it up, all on the FBI's website.

It's down to basic bad manners and does nothing to promote a good interview or a reasoned response. It was a trend started by Robin Day and then carried on by people with far less wit. David Davies was one of my particular pet hates.

It's downright racist and misleading of YOU to say there is only one race doing the vast majority of killings when there were 9,000 arrests last year 4,000 white and 5,000 black.
Plenty of whites getting arrested for murder, and more in all the other violent crime categories, especially rape.

I think it was a mistake to say the majority committed , I think though that the fact that blacks only make up around 12.5% compared to 77% white tells you that blacks make up a huge percentage of violent crimes such as shootings etc. in comparison to their numbers, it’s staggering almost.

.... and stop saying integration otherwise the grammar police will get involved
The problem with politics in this country , and others, is we've got too many lawyers in politics so you can't expect plain English from a group which speaks with forked tongues. When you add lousy questioning from lousy journalists to this mix you get what you ask for.

The fact is the murder and violent crime that happens in the USA is overpopulated and caused by a small demographic relative to the rest of the population. Of course white people commit crime I totally agree but when you look at the statistics.... well I'll leave you to do your own research as I have done.

Black men make up 6.1% of the US population yet commit over 50% of murders.
This is a statistical fact and cannot be called racist, yet it is also reductive to not add context to it. The vast majority of these murders are black-on-black and are related to drugs, gangs, and robberies. They typically take place in poverty-stricken, extremely deprived areas with low social mobility and poor education.
In many ways, a lot of these communities are still reeling from segregation and all that came with that, so it's not wrong to call it a self-fulfilling prophecy, as they bring up kids to behave like themselves.
However, they are not totally absolved from blame, and you have to also consider how it is that other ethnic demographics can thrive, even in similarly poor areas, across the globe; yet in almost any Western country with a reasonably high population of black people, there is still the "gangsta rap" culture of drugs, sexism, gun/knife crime etc.
These are not racist questions, they are serious sociological concerns that need to be spoken about, addressed and understood. These problem behaviours in society will never ever be solved if it is considered inappropriate to identify what the problems are in the first place.
And before anybody jumps in with "whatabouttery" when it comes to a disproportionately high number of "mass shooters" being white, yes you are correct, but that also serves to prove my point that it is not racist to identify that statistically, certain ethnic groups are more likely to commit certain types of crime, also much in the same vein as the Middle-Eastern Asian male diaspora being involved in grooming gangs.
Stop being afraid to talk about the problem.

There is a sneering, scoffing attitude in general, though and a lack of respect. Faisal Islam is terrible for it as well. There is a real lack of impartiality at the moment. At least Andrew Neil slaughters everyone. I don't identify with any major UK political party as I tend to look at each issue on its own rather than just going with whatever my "wing" does. As such I'd call myself a centrist. I have some very liberal beliefs and some very conservative beliefs. I'm far more cautious / anxious about discussing my conservative beliefs with left-wing friends than I am about discussing my liberal beliefs with right-wing friends. I know from experience where the nastier, more aggressive and sneering folk tend to sit.

I’m not surprised by your comments Fel. If America don’t like the crime stats of a certain demographic, perhaps they should have left them in Africa. As I said, Admin, sort these racist/ignorant mother £@#&ers out... I've made no comment on the subject matter so don't attribute any comments to me thank you very much. The subject I was talking about which you very well NO is the lazy use on here of the racist jibe. I thought it might of been the lazy use of the word "know"

Instead of going down the lazy/predictable let's cry racist route Bath why don't you deal with it yourself by reasoned argument if you think the comments are flawed. It's what normally happens on here on every other subject.
Not a dig specifically at you by the way just a general comment on way things go on here when someone has a different view on crime statistics, immigration, grooming gangs who identify of British Pakistani origin, the list is endless.
I’m not surprised by your comments Fel. If America don’t like the crime stats of a certain demographic, perhaps they should have left them in Africa. As I said, Admin, sort these racist/ignorant mother £@#&ers out... Seeing that there's no winky, you're losing the argument and the plot Bath.

We’re talking about a country that went to war with itself over slavery. Racism is intrinsic to American culture. South Africa copied apartheidism from America. Talking about who commits more crimes is irrelevant. White people commit more white collar crime, so lets stop them dealing in 💰

These problem behaviours in society will never ever be solved if it is considered inappropriate to identify what the problems are in the first place. We’re talking about a country that went to war with itself over slavery. Racism is intrinsic to American culture. South Africa copied apartheidism from America. Talking about who commits more crimes is irrelevant. White people commit more white collar crime, so lets stop them dealing in 💰 It is absolutely not irrelevant to anyone who has even the slightest interest in stopping crime at all. To stop it, you need to understand who is committing it, and why they are committing it. Tackling the causes of crime at the source is by far the most effective tool in solving the issues before they arise in the first place. You are intelligent enough to understand this, and it is a very left-wing perspective, so it's not something I'd expect you to rail against. However, it's also a very childish jump in logic to say "Black people commit crime because of racism". You're jumping about ten steps there, steps I've briefly tried to elaborate upon, but you've dismissed them as irrelevant. Your argument seems to be saying that because many people freely use the n-word, that the natural response would be to join a gang, sell crack and shoot each other with stolen, illegally possessed pistols. Historic racism maybe intrinsic to explaining the impoverished neighbourhoods that discourage social mobility, but does nothing to explain why other ethnically marginalised groups such as the Native Americans, Koreans, Irish, Italians etc flourish by relative comparison nd don't typically have problems with gangs to the same scale. Before you reply with "slavery", please explain, specifically, how slavery causes gangs. Remember that correlation does not equal causation. I would be amazed if you could explain that to a satisfactory level because I believe the issue is completely separate to slavery, and that slavery does not adequately explain why black gangs are a problem all over the world. Black on black violence is an endemic crisis in America and refusing to admit this is passively granting consent to it.
