Pulis had a smirk on his face. Hughes should have been the bigger man. Or just twatted him.

Imagine it had something to do with him taking the piss with that sub near the end, and probably plenty of other gamesmanship throughout the match.

Keown apparently said that Pulis went to approach him but Hughes just stood there with his arms folded.
It's being speculated on the match day thread that Hughes did it because of the Berahino leak.

They've never liked each other, have they?
Handshakes have always been optional for those 2.
And this Berahino bullshit can't have done much to ease relations.

Hughes shook his head and folded his arms when Pulis walked towards him to shake hands.
But let's twist things to make Pulis sound immature.

Pulls is like an irritating wasp, that won't go away. I think the timing and manner in which he conducted himself this week in leaking the alleged six week FA ban that Berahino received for social drug taking may have had a bearing on the no hand shake between him and Hughes. Pulis has probably lost any remaining admiration that Stokies had for him following his media antics this week.

To be fair mate, he started to and then it appeared that he thought it wouldn't be a good idea.

Didnt they tell the 4th official to signal for Rondon to come off and by the time he had strolled to the dugouts they made out that it was a mistake and that they meant Philips who then proceeded to amble off the pitch at a crawl? Ryan was getting annoyed with the ref. and Sparky was doing his nut.
Very shabby from Pulis if it was deliberate....

I think Pulis glances over to which Hughes folded his arms and they both probably decided fuck it : ) To me its 50/50 mate, 2 people that dont get on and nothing more.

You have a massive agenda pal let it go. Hughes was frustrated with WBAs ridiculous gamesmanship, the botched sub etc. Pulis simply went quickly down the tunnel, did not walk towards Hughes; possibly because Hughes did not walk towards him and Pulis was not willing to wait for Hughes. Also thought the Berahino drugs leak on the eve of the match was another piece of gamesmanship from Pulis playbook. WBA were smarter than us, but they do have nasty natured approach to matches. They play like an away team at their home games.

Can't argue with any of that mate, they look a decent side, we had a lot of possession and should have scored two headers, both managers hate each other for the reasons you say, that's football, we'll be fine, although we miss Shaq and Ramadan.

Agree with Shaq & Ramadan, we were crying out for a right winger. Ngoy came on too late and Affy was never going to do it; I was at Everton match, Affy kept cutting in; he couldn't do that today with WBAs two banks of 5.
