Thought it was a bit better than it's been for a while. I thought Wolves fans were a bit disappointing considering the numbers they brought and the result.

Yea I was there Tuesday. The atmosphere was better on our part, second half before they got their 2nd goal it was good. What I was disagreeing with was when you said the wolves fans were disappointing. They were load as fuck and it looked like a rate good party atmosphere in that end!!

I thought the atmosphere (especially in the second half) was one of the few positives from yesterday. I though it was a typical cup tie atmosphere with a packed away end making plenty of noise and a home crowd urging the team on to try to get them back into the game.

Come on John-you know you can't comment on here at present, and post something sensible.

It was dead. Wolves we're exeptionally well voiced- but it was their big day out.
Ever likely the ground is dead when ou song catalogue consists of 'when the reds' and fucking 'go on Stoke'.

Their fans weren't particularly loud in my opinion. When you take however many away in a cup tie to a club that's in a higher division than yours and pack the whole end then the very least you're going to do is make yourselves heard, that's a given.
That's what they did, they made themselves heard and so they bloody should do but considering the match situation and the fact they've all had to take time off from shagging their cousins i thought they were poor.
Sheffield Wednesday fans the other season, now they were loud as fuck.

After we had a 45 minute silence in the 1st half we picked up slightly in ghe 2nd. Must admit wolves fans were quite poor to be hones.

I can't understand this 'Wolves fans were poor' shite. From where I sit in block 30 they very noisy & loud.
Consistently louder than we were apart from a couple of Come on Stoke/Oh When the reds second half.

The atmosphere peaked as the players made a big effort to get a goal - once wolves scored again the atmnosphere suffered - partly because of the thousands who walked out, thereby allowing the wolves fans to taunt those of us who stayed with "time to go".
probably the very same people who come on here complaining about lack of effort and commitment from the players, spineless fucking hypocrites.
* I wouldn't know where to find the details but I remember a game against wolves in the 70's where we went into injury time two down and got a draw, I think Alan Bloor got the equaliser.

Sadly our fans are now as comfortable as the players management ceo etc two sides of the same coin at the moment no passion and just expect things to happen .
