Finish in the top 8 ?
Breaking our record points total again ?
Something else ?
It's clear that Mark Hughes has lost some of his fans this season and assuming he stays for the rest of this season, what does he have to do for you to start believing again that he's the right man to take us forward.

He has to get some balance to the team along with pace!!!. Get rid of big named players that thing they are bigger than they are and replace with younger hungry talent. That would be a start!!

Buy players on the up, not players that see us as a step down

Bringing in 3 players in Jan who go straight into the starting eleven who get us playing positive, effective high tempo football, scoring goals and winning home games. Oh and if we could give one of the top ten a bloody nose.
If it wasn't for four or five really shit teams we be in trouble this season.

He needs to have some semblance of a settled, balanced side and system by the end of the season (give or take no injuries or stupid suspensions)

At this point, now, nothing he could do at all to restore my faith in him.
We are just a repeat of QPR now. And it will end the same way. Frankly I think it will now end the same way even if he left tomorrow.

To do what he should have done ages ago; a big horrible bastard CB (we needed two before Martins Indi), a big horrible bastard CDM, and finally a decent striker.
Fuck off 353 in the League.
Keep Bojan Krkic and let him play himself into some fucking form, instead of dropping him like a Burslem hooker drops her discharge-encrusted knickers for ten Benson and a fiver.
Stop fannying around with subs in the League and make bold decisions ten minutes earlier.

Tbh I don't think he can but.... If he signs some players to fit the system he wants to play, not act like a kid in a sweet shop and buy anything there is and try to fit it in after. He needs to sort out the balance, a mix of today's and Tuesdays team would have been much better, what he did on Tues pretty much got the last bloke sacked, 3pts is 3pts etc etc, if we're going back to that there was no need to get rid of the last bloke. Use the youngsters more in their propper position, It was good to see N'Goy get a run out but why is he getting stuck out wide, I'd rather see him up front for the next few games instead of Crouch or Walters. He needs to be braver with his subs, e.g. not bring on the hopeless Adam when two nil up after the oppo have brought pace on, his subs are awful and he needs to sort it asap. So yeh, that.

A cheeeky reach through widge wank and a bit of tongue tickling around me rim will do.
But anything shy of that won't suffice tonight I'm afraid.
Today I hate nogger.

Some excitement please. Some guts and glory and fire in the belly. Not too much to ask. For the first time in 40 odd years we have some of the top players in the world (at least on paper) okay maybe not top elite but for example two of the major stars if the euros. And there's no spark, no gonads frankly. Why? I don't know and frankly i don't care. They need to earn their millions or fuck off

I'm afraid he's gone beyond getting my trust back. I have absolutely no confidence in Hughes being able to improve the situation which is of his own doing in the first place.
He needs to go before we get into real trouble.

Our home form is atrocious, haven't seen a decent game this season. Injuries have been a problem this season, but he needs to keep as settled a side as possible. I'm sure this has a lot to do with the slow starts to games, as the players don't know what each other are doing.

I'm tired of seeing a different formation/team every single week, how can any player work with that. yes, the only problem with that though is he has been at that for 4 years On a serious note for me I'd like to see a hard grafting, tough team with an organised defence, players that give a shit and a sprinkling of flare. Losing is bareable, losing with half arsed players that are unorganised and alien on the pitch to each other, on this money, at this level, takes the biscuit
