So Allardyce got the Palace job.
So is Big "I'll keep you up" Sam the Premiership viagra?
Do you think it's a backwards step for Palace, wanting to play expansive football but reach for the viagra when relegation threatened and go back to the long ball. My Palace mate thinks thinks Premiership survival is more important than decent football.
If we were in the same situation would you want to reach for the viagra?

They were playing long ball under Pardew anyway so doesnt matter in that sense. Should be very much improved defensively under Big Sam though.

I detest Fat Man Sam, he should never be given a management job.

I detest Fat Man Sam, he should never be given a management job. Not even managing an Aldi?

I do think its a backwards step, in terms of entertainment certainly and ambition as well. A year ago they had the nucleus of an exciting team with three good wide players plus puncheon and cabaye. Problem is he gambled everything on scoring more than the opposition as defensively they have fallen apart.

He is a very good technical manager , Bolton had some great players under him , he will do ok at Palace , certainly head and shoulders above Pardew

How shit is Pardew? They've already said they will take a step back from Pardews 'expansive' playing style!
