Crouch £2-3M, time to cash in! Bojan £7-8M, very good at his best, but really too weak and too slow for the PL + no ability to defend. Joselu £6-8M Adam £3-4M if we can bring in an upgrade! Muni £4-5M, too injury prone so I would replace him. Cameron £3-4M, too injury prone as well! Wolly £2M, could be one of our back up defenders, but would he be satisfied with that? Shaq £15M, if we could bring in a young winger with more pace and defensive quality I would listen to offers. Bards £1.5M, we need at least one of our right backs to be younger and not too injury prone. Maybe Diouf could be the one!? Ireland £1M Given, release! Haugaard, release! Tex, release! In: a goalkeeper (Grant?) a striker two defenders This must be tongue in cheek. 50% turnover of the squad is quite a challenge, to say the least. Maybe we could afford to let half of those go in the Summer, if we could find suitable replacements. There's no way we'll release more than 2 or 3 go in January without seriously upsetting the apple cart.

But would it really be such a big step to take? I guess Joselu, Wolly, Ireland, Tex and Haugaard are players we even wouldn't notice if they were sold as they have played no part in the first half of the season. With Afellay back I guess both Bojan and Charlie could go without it being too much of a problem either. Muni, Cameron and Bards would need to be replaced by at least two players. Crouchy hardly plays anyway so wouldn't be missed too much, but if Bony goes to China as well I think we might even need two new strikers. Yes, let us sell most of those players!

Your values are amusing, Joselu £6/8M, Muni £4/5M, Crouch £2/3, Adam £3/4M are laughably high nobody would pay anything like that sort of money for any of those. Then we get to your £15M for Shaq, We'd be fucking insane to part with him for that when we signed him it seemed like a big fee but the market has exploded since then, they ask that sort of money for Championship players now.

Chaps, I've heard/read about the possibility of Bojan leaving in January. What would be your thoughts on that? Would you be willing to sell him or as fans would you prefer keep him? I'd estimate any club in the Premier League would have to bid (at least) 10m for him, is that a fair comment? ... You see, I've rated Bojan for a long while, he's proven PL quality. He's exactly the type of player we need at Leicester in my opinion. The need for a creative CAM is what a lot of our fans share the same opinion on. Would he be a fit for a club like Leicester? Don't think he would leave to join a club heading for the championship

The price for Joselu seems a tad high, but I've got the impression that this is the fee the club want to part with him. A brace against Real Madrid has probably made this believable as well! I don't think we will part with Crouchy for peanuts right now either so if Moyes is really keen he'll have to stump up the cash! £3-4M for Adam seems about right to me as he is a game changer and still only 30 years old. Muni is still young and well thought of in Spain and I really don't think we'll part with him for much less! As you say the market has gone insane! I would hope to get more than £15M for Shaq, but do you really believe we will? I don't to be honest, but we could as said hope of course!

Sissoko cost 30 million ffs. A player is worth whatever a club will pay. i would be surprised if we sold shaq for less than 25 million.

As I have pointed out more than once (!), a player's value depends on several factors, which only come to light during the negotiation process, including A) how good the player is, B) how badly the buyer needs the player, C) how badly the seller needs the player, D) the time left on the contract. Eventually the seller will sell to the highest bidder (price=AxBxCxD). Obviously, all four become irrelevant once D=0.

Shaqiri. If the right price came in for him, 20mil plus, you would sell him. I'd be tempted at 17mil at the moment. Has bags of skill but never seems to show it week in week out for us. Seems not to have much fight in him if things are going tits up either.

Haven't really followed that situation , I thought he made a good start at Seville No, he was mostly at the bench there as well - this season he was transferred to Schalke. I have also expected more of him, but i think he is more inconistent than Shaq is or Arni was in his first 2 seasons.

If it's a choice between selling imbula or shaqiri for 15 mill it's a no brainer really.

Who says we've got to sell? We're not West Ham you know. 'We have to sell to buy, so that we remain selfreliant' Denise, Peter, and John Coates (not an actual quote, but they have all said words to that effect)
