I'm working nights :( Fri/Sat/Sun, I was looking forward to the game and a few beers on Monday until I realised we'd been shifted to Tuesday :( I'll still have a Xmas dinner but as I'll have just got out of bed it'll be more like Xmas breakfast I suppose. No extra pay either, all part of the service :/ :D

More carbs in them plus they are more fungal...Not a great idea to mix high fat and high carbs for obvs reasons I usually balance it out tho I sneak a little sweet potato, carrot etc now and then when I've not had too much good fat Carbs are shite for me mate due to me having hiatus hernia Too many in a day and I'd have to go back on omeprazole Cutting out those fungals are all part of the feeling of fog lifting too unless you'd done it for a few weeks you'd not understand

The price of good fish 🐟 is shocking . Made my Mrs a seafood risotto on Wednesday as it's her favourite. Birthday treat . Ridiculously expensive
