Nope.
Down to ten men and both full backs on bookings.......
Not hard to work out how to stretch the game and make it hard for them and he does fuck all.
He is completely to blame.
He bores me. He's comfortable with 10th and a cup run no matter how much he's spent.

When LMH was first appointed it was a very welcome and much needed change from TP and in his first 2 seasons I was 100% in favour of him. As last season's performances deteriorated I began to have some doubts, and after this season so far I am now of the mindset that he possibly can't take us any further and that perhaps something does need to change for us to continue to improve. His tactics are often confusing to understand, and his substitutions are frequently too late and IMO incorrect for what is needed during the game.
With some really difficult games to come in the next few weeks we could well find ourselves sucked into the lower reaches of the table and become really nervous about relegation during the second half of the season.

Absolutely right Deeside, it's unbeleivable how people cannot see how bad the management is

That LMH is not the man to take us forward? let's hear from his apologists!! Life/football is not just black or white. LMH has his issues but there is no need to over-react. He is intelligent enough to learn from mistakes. Anyone can make them.

That LMH is not the man to take us forward? let's hear from his apologists!! No, lets hear from you, who do you want to replace him? A better manager perhaps, pretty sure the owners will have a plan B in place, after yet another shocking managerial display it should be time to bring in plan B.

He's not going anywhere yet but come May it might be a different story. January will be interesting to see how much he is backed.
Imbula could prove to be his downfall unless he produces more of the first half today.

Same old, same old, how about a decent manager? Fucking hell mate dont dodge the question who? That will be up to the clubs owners not an oatcake poster, realistically if you owned the club would you be confident in giving Hughes a huge amount of money to waste/spend, there was a reason we were fairly cautious with our incomings this summer.

Exactly, who? Easy to say Hughes out, but in the realistic pool of managers that we could attract who do you want to replace Hughes. Dyche!!!! Woy!!!!

Isn't that a bit vague. For next season I'd like a better starting 11

Once again we have people saying Hughes should be replaced but haven't got a scooby who with. That's not our job, luckily I know our club will have a thorough knowledge of the managerial talent overseas......if not just ask Southampton for some advise, they seem to drop on to a good foreign coach every couple of seasons. Just because you don't know any good managers to replace Hughes, doesn't mean they don't exist.

If he's saying Hughes out who would you bring in is a perfectly legitimate question that he hasn't answered.

Stop sidestepping the question, fella. You've spend the best part of a year demanding that Hughes be sacked, so who would you replace him with?

The same question as being asked with another poster who would you bring in to replace him? If I was in charge which obviously I am not I would have gone for Fat Sam at the end of last season, that ship has now sunk ! maybe Eddie Howe if he would come to an established PL club with bucket loads of cash.
