For me, whether you're a fan or not, Diouf has to be in there somewhere. You won't beat Morgan and Huth for strength, but for pace & mobility....well they're there to be dicked over. I'll be disappointed if Walters get the nod up top. Shaq and Bojan can run through their legs.

You just know Walters is going to be on the wing. If this season is going to an average season where we aren't in any real danger of relegation, but aren't really in with a chance of achieving major, why don't we use it as a chance to breed Sobhi, Verlinden and Ngoy. Breed them?! A weird sort of idea lol

Frustrated Frustrated Frustrated I can't fathom the reason for him or N'Goy to not be introduced for a threat still. Unimaginable to think of why not?

Why play Ramadam, when you have super Jon whipping the ball into their 1st.defender, or not finding another Stoke player in the box?

I'm afraid he'll lose his confidence and his teammates' trust.

It was supposed to be an easy match after the red card and i believe he could have made a huge difference .. I wonder when he is going to play and gain confidence if not in matches like these ones ,,

Hughes has a frustraring lack of confidence in the ability of the players he brings in. Should have bought on Sohbi (10 minutes before) when he bought Adam on.

Afellay was born in Netherlands , many people living in Morocco and Algeria cant speak Arabic well they prefer French and Spanish especially if they were born in Europe , so 95% Affely cant speak Arabic.
Diouf is from Senegal , They speak French too.
Shaqiri is from Swiss and his Parents are from Kosovo/Albania and the 3 countries dont speak Arabic too.
Only 22 Countries speak Arabic.
Being Muslim doesnt mean you can speak Arabic.

Would their religion play a part in them knowing Arabic though?

I too thought for some unknown reason that the Koran was all in Arabic and that all muslim services were conducted in Arabic. Anyway Doc I'm pretty upset about Ramadan's lack of gametime in reward for his good performances when he has been used. I hope he doesn't get too down hearted there are a lot of us fans who are very exited by his potential, we're glad we've got him and hope he becomes a big part of our future. If you know him personally tell him to keep faith in his own ability, time is on his side.

I think Sobhi is highly regarded by the management, so much so that they are carefully and sparingly giving him the sort of introduction to the Premiership which will give him a good grounding to be a superstar in the not too distant future. A future Ronaldo?

A future Ronaldo? Sorry I just can't see the logic. The lad is ready to play a bigger part both in terms of ability and physicality, he's not fragile or lightweight like some young players who need that sort of treatment. N'Goy is ready physically too, we need a better look at whether he's ready for premier league football but he's a powerful young man the physical side of the game shouldn't be an issue with him.

A future Ronaldo? I think you may be right there. Whenever MH or MB talk about Ramadan, they always try to play down any excitememt by being complementary but not too gushing over him. It's almost like they're trying not to draw too much attention to him for some reason.

Hector Cooper is the manager of our National Team , He always use Sobhi as a substitute. - If we are winning he can run with the ball , decrease the pressure on the defense and may help in adding more goals , and he did that in the last game against Ghana, it was 1-0 for Egypt , then Ramadan came from the bench to assist the 2nd goal and kill the game. "With this goal we are leading our group in the final stage of qualification to world cup 2018" (Egypt 6 points - Uganda 4 Points - Ghana 1 Point - Congo 1 Point" - If we are losing , he is the best player in Egypt to penetrate the defense with his skills , and he did that in the game against Nigeria , he came from the bench while we were losing to give an assist for Salah in the last 2 minutes of the game. "with this goal we qualified to Africa cup of nations 2017 and Nigeria out" - This is why it was a must for Hughes to push him with Shaqiri when it was 2-0 for Stoke and after Raniri 2 changes. - El Neny played with Arsenal this season 16 matches , El Mohamady played with Hull City this season 17 matches - Ramadan is much much better than both of them , He is the best player in Egypt , I dont know when Mr Hughes will trust him and if he doesn't trust him why he bought him , Does he think that Ramadan will be a better player on the bench ? - I read all comments here , I see all fans support the guy , I am sure he feels that too which is very encouraging for him but we really miss his touch to the ball. At the end we respect Mr Hughes decision and we are waiting in passion.

We treat him sometimes like just another youth player at the club but he's already a full cap international and has played well when he's had the opportunity.
