I actually think TV's big club sycophancy is one factor in the FA Cup losing prestige. Sponsors pull the strings mate ....they want their product given the biggest audience and maximum exposure which means Manchester United, Liverpool, etc etc which makes a mockery of it The magic for me disappeared when they issued every clubs number prior to the draw and took off the radio for the bollocks we now see on a Monday evening Releasing the numbers was shit. The anticipation was half of it. Thing is now a lot of people look for the numbers before. It's a shame

As with the last draw as well Man City were one o the last 2 out and before it happened the presenter said something along the lines of "now will Man City be one or away?" - it doesn't matter who they're playing just what it means for them.

Derby v Lester is the most appealing telly game. Liverpool v Wolves. Wow. At least the shit being the 2am game means I get to bed earlier.
