Starting with Arsenal on Saturday,..... how many points would you be satisfied with us getting in the next 5 games? (Arsenal A, Southampton H, Leicester H, Liverpool A, Chelsea A)
I'd be satisfied with 7, but think we'll surprise and take 9.

Beat Leicester. At the very least draw with Saints then one random backs against the wall point.
We're coming up against 3 of the best players in the league in Sanchez, Costa and Hazard

I think 6 personally the next two home games are very winnable to say the least, anymore than that and it has being a very good festive period.

I would love to beat the arse on Saturday although i fully expect a big team establishment refer to turn up and fuck us over.
Can't be having their Indian fans tuning out can we?

The result this weekend was very important given the tough fixtures coming up.
I'd be happy enough to win the home matches and get nothing from the others, as you'd probably expect, but wouldn't put it past us to do better.
Hopefully BMI isn't too badly injured - crucial we can keep our defence looking solid.

4-6 will be decent any more a Bonus.
23-25 points at halfway should take us to roughly where we need to be.
Most important thing is we continue to play well. Not many teams will get anything out of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool away.

What team/system would you go for v Arsenal? Can't really change much! But.. I'd go for Grant Johnson Bruno Muniesa Pieters Imbula Adam Shaqiri Allen Arnautovic Walters It's harsh to drop Diouf as he's been very good on the right. . But Allen is the shining light this season so has to come in. Him and Walters pressing and helping out defensively to. Imbula has been immense last 2 games and if anyone will take it to Arsenal. It's him. We'll get chances against them. Quite a lot if Hughes goes with that team. But they've all got to defend as a unit and keep the horrible bastards out. Then give the ball Imbula as much as possible is the plan !

It's virtually impossible to see us getting anything out of Arsenal or Chelsea. Should win the home games really. 6.

We could get 7 points and only win one, drawing the rest. I'd take that now.

Where's Benji with his prediction genius when we need him. No more than 17 points by the end of December you know I'd be more than happy with 6 however they come. Which would give us 25 by the way Benj.

In all honesty i'd be happy just winning our home games - doing the basics right. I can see us getting a win in one of those 3 aways but definitely not expectant. If we came away from the 5 games with the same or better goal difference then that'd also be a huge bonus.

I did write a team down earlier but dropped Walters for Allen in between Shaq and Arnie as those 3 would be better in keeping the ball better up top as all 3 are quality plus Allens energy dropping back and helping out defensively would be a great help. Hughes might stick with the 5 across the middle though which I don't mind all to see how it goes.

I reckon we will get five or six from those, which will be satisfactory, all things considered. There is also a very realistic possibility it could be more.

Would be happy with 6, prob take 4 so long as we keep the GD down in the tough away games.
Can't see us getting anything out of Chelsea or Arse but i do have a feeling we could get a point or better at anfield. They're not quite the same without Coutinho, they've proven they're still vulnerable with yesterdays showing, and i think maybe the cup semi might have got a monkey of the players backs in terms of believing they can go there and get something.
Best thing about this Stoke side, you just don't fucking know.
