Bony had his best game in a Stoke shirt. Why? Because he did the hardest thing in football i.e. scoring a goal. He did it twice.

Anyone else? No I didn't bring Capoue into my team 'cos he was cheap & scored a few points what seems like years ago, and now I'm stuck with him 'cos I conna find anyone else cheap to replace him with

The show available via Optus Australia had Owen Hargreaves as a pundit and it's fair to say he was not Bony's biggest fan. he couldn't believe that Stoke hadn't gone all in for Benteke in the Closed season. The other fella kept on about how Wilf was off the mark now and getting into those ideal poacher zones but England's favourite Deutsch-Canadian was having none of it. Clearly not impressed with his pace or work rate. It was almost as if he'd popped home to collect his forgotten sandwiches one day and caught Bony hiding in his wife's wardrobe. Quite bizarre.

I'm going to be a total knob and say I actually didn't think he played all that well, generally speaking anyway. However, he took both his goals very well and that will breed confidence into his game. Double figures come the end of the season? That isn't being a knob at all. It was arguably one of his poorer all round displays but he got the goals he desperately needed. Onwards and upwards from here for him. Hope to god we can get him permanently. Should be straightforward right? He's finished at Citeh.

Not really if someone in China is willing to pay him £200,000 a week (which was rumored) then you're relying on him choosing Premier League football over money because I doubt he'd get even half that here.

I didn't hear it so can't tell but as a pundit surely theres nothing wrong with pointing out weakness' in a players game. Bony is woefully slow and immobile theres no getting away from it. Thats not saying he's crap, he's got other standout attributes.

I remember saying when you signed him, he will come good with quality players around him (Allen, Arnautovic, Shaqiri etc). I also recall watching Sky Sports deadline day when the deal came through about Bony to Stoke, I thought to myself then... that's a very good signing.
