Right, one thing we can all agree on. We're all hurting right now. It's been desperately shit and it's been hard to watch since January. The players look shellshocked and the management look clueless. These are tough times. Saturday is now absolutely pivotal. It may be the match that decides the course not just of our season but of seasons to come. It's crunch time, everyone. At times like this when the chips are down, the lads need us more than ever. They need that twelfth man. Whatever your personal thoughts on the management team, the transfer team or individual players - please, please, please put them aside for 90 minutes. I know most of us do but this needs saying. There are worrying reports of people turning on individual players - we can't afford that now. For those 90 minutes on Saturday, let's give WBA and that capped cunt fresh hell. Let's give Pulis a taste of his own medicine. Holler, shout, scream, sing, give it 110% - just make it loud, make it proud and make it Stoke It's backs to the wall time. Which means it's time to bring back the spirit of 08/09. We can do our bit to turn this around And even if it doesn't work out, at the very least we'll have made it clear that the ref's a wanker In short, let's be with them every step along the way.

I was sat pretty close to the idiots in block 32 who got on Ryan's back. It clearly affected him to the point he turned round and told them to shut the fuck up. Which they didn't. In fact they started even more. It was an absolute disgrace. The problem is that it is affecting the team. Arnie was getting shit of someone too. It's self fucking sabotage. If you're going to get on someone's back for the whole game at least make it on of the fucking opposition. It beggars belief.

The main one was early 30's probably mate. The others a bit younger. Really aggressive. I was dying to say something but I was with my lad and it definitely had the potential to escalate. My lad isn't going Saturday so I'll be more willing to make a stand. Not sure if they sit there on PL match days though. I've never noticed them before. We sit about 15-20 seats over in block 31.

Good sentiment in the opening post but it won't happen, people will sit there having a chat, maybe in the second half if still 0-0 something will happen to get the crowd up but won't be that way from kick off - too many want Hughes gone.

I thought the crowd against Spurs were up for it until we went 1-0 down against the run of play. After that the team and the crowd had the stuffing knocked out of it. I really believe that the crowd will come with a positive mind set to cheer and push the team on against the Baggies but with how things have been going, if we go 1-0 down which is highly likely, the crowd will go quiet again and the game will go down the plug hole once more

The atmosphere will be so toxic, I think I'd prefer just to hand over the 3 points and not have to go through with it.

I think the crowd will be well up for it from the off, hopefully the team will be, but lets be honest, IF we go behind the atmosphere will turn for the worse immediately which won't help but hey ho.

let Pulis see what's it's like to properly feel the Bearpit AGAINST him!
if necessary get Charlie on to start kicking lumps out of them, if Pulis' head goes then so will the team as he'll just start ranting at and nutting his players at half time.

Yeah can't wait for this one ! This is crunch time now Time to stand up and be counted Did we just meekly accept the relegation prophets in 2008/09 ??? Do we just surrender now, without giving our full support for OUR team ???
How will you react ?

This. Although I think it's petty obvious that we are very much under the watchful eye of refs/the FA when it comes to players being able to throw their weight about this season. I'd leave Adam out of it unless really necesary. Better to get Arnie and Ramadan running at them and forcing their defence to do something silly. We got the anticipated Pulis-Welcome-Back-Fest out of the way last season (and it wasn't appreciated - we got well and truly played by some cynical tactics), so it's time for normal hostilities to resume. Put any discontentment with the status quo aside - it's about 26,500 v 11 (+ the officials) on Saturday.

Our backs are against the wall men and ladies of course so let's stand together and give the baggies and Pulis so much abuse that their ears bleed And support our lads if we go one down so what let's cheer em on And who knows what may happen then.

If that first goal goes against us, I fear for how it will turn out both on the pitch and in the stands.
100% support is a nice idea, but it's naive to think it will happen if the game starts going against us, given our recent form.
Hopefully we dick them and lift this rather substantial cloud over the club, get the first and I'm sure the place will be rocking.

I think if it's become naive to expect us to make a lot of noise for 90 minutes - like old times - then that's a sad reflection of where we are now. That used to be the norm, win or lose

We do it against Arsenal every year and it clearly works.
If we can replicate the hostilty of the second half against Man City, when Rory got sent off, we can make a difference against anyone.

It's all right saying get Charlie to kick lumps out of em, but Atkinson would soon have him off. I'll be watching that Yacob very, very closely by the way. Cheat of the highest order!
