He was absolute class tonight.
Adam should have fucked the ball off the second but instead tried a flick over some cunts head 20 yards from goal. Idiocy.

Not sure he's been awake for the 3 games he's been in but early days for him I guess. Needs to wait a while before he updates his CV thats for sure

I thought he was decent.
The winner is down to Charlie who decided to do some crazy flick over his head and we got turned round too quickly just outside our box.

Are we going for a record tonight - one thread slating each player! Utterly barmy to criticise Indi - he looks decent.

Despite him walking into a defensive shambles I think I like him. He seems like a good defender playing in a team that's leaking goals left right and centre.
The only thing we can do is give him and Ryan the chance to form some kind of partnership.

Played well tonight. Could be a good defender for us, but was at fault for the goal, annoyingly.

And he will get better.

I was a little nervous re: some of the mixed reports when he first signed but so far I've been very happy with him (bizarre to say that given the goals we're leaking, but he looks a step in the right direction)

He's done really well in the 2 home games I've seen him.
Won most ariel duals and when he sprints to close a player down he certainly puts them under pressure it's funny to watch

I thought he played really well tonight but if I was going to be critical, I'd say on the first goal, he could've closed down the guy who crossed it for Mason's goal but then had he done so, instead of crossing he could've just rolled in his man in behind Indi.

Bit harsh that mate, it really wasn't his man to pick up and the strike itself was unstoppable.

There are only two players responsible for the first goal, the bone idle Imbula and the brain dead Cameron. If you're being ultra critical you could look at Allen for perhaps not tracking Mason better. I'm still in a state of shock at how bad it was to be honest.

Either Imbula should have tracked his man or Cameron slid across. Indi was pulled out of position by a massive gap in the midfield, a recurring theme for us at the moment

During the long journey back home I was mulling over the positives from tonight. I'll just name 3 of them but there were more.
Ramadan was certainly the biggest positive - he needs to find the confidence to shoot early when he gets a good sight of goal but he's great on the ball and his speed from a standing start is impressive. Very few of his passes or crosses fail to find his target. I'd start him on Saturday and encourage him and Arnie to swap wings from time to time so each gets some time on the left.
Lee Grant looks less rusty than I feared - I'd be tempted to start him on Saturday - Given needs a break.
Indi looks a decent player. He and Shawcross need the time to see how effective a pairing they can be - I suspect they'll gel pretty well. To single Indi out for criticism tonight is well wide of the mark in my opinion.

It's not often I agree with you Bayern, but you're spot on with that. Indi looked quality and will benefit from another game bedding in alongside Ryan.....let's hope the brain fart idea of playing him out of position has been well and truly canned. As for Adam, what the fuck was he thinking? Absolutely moronic. He looks like a complete train wreck and shouldn't be anywhere near the squad until he can get himself up to physical fitness required to be a top-flight footballer. For all his undoubted talent, it's a fucking embarrassment that he's getting paid as a professional athlete and he should be ashamed of himself.

Couldn't agree more with your points about Ramadan and Indi. No idea if Grant is rusty or not because he had nothing to do all evening. He has to start on Saturday because there will be high balls into the box all afternoon and Given simply doesn't cope with that sort of approach.
