I know the current feeling towards the manager and players is very low.
However, one thing we're very very short of right now is luck. We're shit out of it. Some terrible refs, some terrible decisions, three very good teams and just lacking that bit of luck to spark us into life. Arnies goal (rightly) flagged offside, but wouldn't it be nice to get just one dodgy decision every so often, like Arsenal do every week (another dodgy last minute penalty for them). How nice would it be to get that goal given? We go on and possibly win.

Look at the Arsenal equaliser yesterday, the overhead kick. Does anybody seriously believe that would have been allowed if a Stoke player would have scored it? Blown for a foul for high boot.

If we had lost 1-0 I would agree, 4-0 4-1 at home has nowt to do with luck bud Disagree, Wanyama's sending off COULD have changed the dynamics of the game at 0-1, like Dean not giving a penalty against Ryan (whether it was technically a penalty or not it would NOT have been given at the other end of the pitch) COULD have influenced the outcome of that game. 100% does not detract from our current form but a little bit of good fortune would be gratefully received right now....

The biggest spot of misfortune yesterday was Ryan's turn and shot in the box at 1 nil. Just the wrong side of the post.

The management are not making excuses. His words were "we're not very good at the minute..." The 'at the minute' bit might be a bit of an insight into why some issues have been outstanding for months - has he simply not recognised them? The strangest part of all this is the fact that we had all the time in the summer to correct matters that were patently going wrong last season but didn't and we've just picked up where we left off.

There's no such thing. You make chances, eventually you'll score. We don't. Playing against a corrupt system isn't unlucky, it's just the sorry fucking state of football.

If we had lost 1-0 I would agree, 4-0 4-1 at home has nowt to do with luck bud Both home games we have had to chase the game against two of the very top teams after going behind in unfortunate circumstances. 1-0 can very quickly turn into a 4-0 when this is the situation.

If we had even finished even one place lower i.e worse than the season before it might have shaken the club out of a bit of complacency and given is more urgency on the tactical and transfer fronts.

The management are not making excuses. His words were "we're not very good at the minute..." And he's right hopefully things will turn soon. No excuses we're rotten at the moment but Awful fixtures to start. Of course we play all the sides in the end but a nice Burnley at home and the questions wouldn't be getting asked. Injuries. Not all down to bad luck but none the less we have been unlucky losing Jack, Glen, Shaq, Mame, Afellay, Ireland. Decisions V Man C. A decision that rarely gets given followed by a blatant penalty non decision. Yes we got one back but it knocked the stuffing out of us. V Everton. Terrible, terrible penalty decision. V Spurs. Down 1-0 and Wanyama should have walked if the ref was consistent. Also sending Hughes off was ridiculous. Would he have done it to Klopp or Mourinho. Doesn't cover up some very poor performances and maybe 1 more point at best but still we've been done over this season.
