The Broxap one from 95/96 season, remember at some point having Sheron 10 on it, only for him to leave a few weeks later!

My oldest shirt I have is the green and black striped one(my lucky shirt), but I got that from my grandad.
My first shirts were(at the same time a birthday present) asics ones, the away one was that green one with holes in it if anybody remembers, I'm 17 now so it must be about 10 years ago.
Edit - I can't fucking spell, and I got my age wrong.

I recall getting a full strip but with no badge on at all in about '73. Have no idea who made it but I remember it was all delivered in a green and white box.
Strangely enough I don't think I'd fit into it now.

1972 League Cup Final shirt with the badge. It was on display in Roy Paul's, ex-Man City player, shop on the corner of Dickenson Road and Wilmslow Road, Manchester, to promote the final against Chelsea. The Monday after the League Cup victory, after I had hitched back from Wembley, I went in and asked if I could buy it since I was a Stoke fan. He agreed. One of my proudest possessions.
Does anyone know if the shop is still there and whether it is a sports shop?

Cristal tiles (on a fuzzy felt background) - with the red pinstripes in the white stripe and two press studs on the collar. The material must by 100% nylon and you'd probably be killed if you wore it in a thunderstorm as it attracts so much static!
Also have TOFF's 1950 Sir Stan replica but my fave is the LQS 2008/09 with bit fat red and white stripes 'cause its a
[glow=red,2,300]PREMIER LEAGUE SHIRT![/glow]

Having resisted the trend all my previous years, I finally gave in at the very time the club had that shite cheesecloth thing with the Ajax stripe in the middle (like the new strip!). Since then, I've bought a few away strips, but don't like the shiny material of modern tops, which feels like wearing a giant pair of girls' knickers. So I've got a couple of retro's from Toffs (the 1930s and 1970s jobs, plus the 70s away diagonal stripe one). Made of good, solid cotton, and never date.

Well it was 95/96 when i got my first shirts, I can't believe it was such a long time ago, was only 5 at the time, but remember it clear as day.
And my green and black shirt is the year before, I didn't think they were so close together.

Admiral 70'-80's one as a kid.
First I bought myself was the br0ad striped Matchwinner 1992 Autoglass shirt with the foot thick vulcanised rubber Ansells sponsor patch. And WTF were those yin-yang type spirals in the textile? ???

The 96-97 Asics kit, which is currently fluttering proudly on the line. ;D
Cost me 5 of your English pounds. Always was a tight git! ;D
Hopefully it will survive a few more seasons until shirts with collars make a comeback.

The 72-73 and 73-74 one with a weird red collar - just before the cool Admiral one which we played so well in. My mum made me 'proper' Admiral style shorts by sewing black and red ribbons onto some plain white ones ;D
If I tried that with my son he would disown me.
