Took us 6 games to get a win last season. With the fixture list this season, it'll likely be similar.

Very disappointing,
3 games
2 away
1 home game v very strong Man City
Unfortunately just 1 point
The team need us more than ever next weekend to help lift morale

He pretty much accepts that we're going to be wank at the start of every season, he's got it in his head that his teams turn into world beaters after Christmas because we ease ourselves into the season.
It's all a load of bollocks of course and it's bloody frustrating.

Wank start as always.
The worry is this time we don't look like scoring.

Firstly, playing Imbula and Pieters today is an utter disgrace. Playing Crouch without Adam is like playing a goalkeeper but saying he can't use his hands. Gcam (who I backed to start.) looked shite. Diouf was lost outwide. And the most worrying thing is Hughes had no idea how to change it. Bojan looks low on confidence having being played out of position then dropped (shite player management.) Imbula looks like he has no idea what he's doing..he needs clear instructions and help to develop discipline and a defensive aspect to his game. In 2016 we have relegation form, and Hughes hasn't sorted out the issues. I will hold back from calling for his head until the transfer window has closed..that's when his clock really starts ticking down if issues aren't sorted.

We'll be fine, however he needs to make some big signings in the next couple of days, the whole team needs a massive kick up the arse.

We've been poor for a long time now. No plan b, can't break down the smaller teams, shameful from set pieces, no creative play in the final third despite that's all they seem to do in training, scared to make substitutions until the dying minutes, the list goes on but still let's not blame the manager but if the previous one was still here, the knifes would of been out a long time ago.

Tough start but this form from last season to now is getting very concerning. I know we played better today but sparky needs to turn this around results wise.

Agree with the sentiment, low scorers. Poor defensively. We've been this way for 18 months?
This has been a long time coming.
Diouf out wide, lacking in the middle of the pitch since Nzonzi went, we still look slow in the middle of the pitch. Guyeye was the type of player we needed next to Imbula. He showed that today.
Williams as well as a player id hoped we were looking at. Both would improve us dramatically. Instead we've got a mish mash midfield again with no settled side.
We've bought badly and the squad has been managed even worse.
Palace have bought what most would assume is a guaranteed goalscorer in Benteke, we've never spent the money and bought that type of player.
The time is now, we can't cut corners any more.
Considering the players we've got why didn't we try playing 4-1-2-3 in pre season? When have we ever looked like bringing in players that can play 3 at the back? Yet Hughes persisted with it for how many pre season games, 3?
If this carries on for me this could wind up being 'he's got this season to sort it out'

What do you expect when a third of the team is injured and a third of the team should have been replaced 3 seasons ago or never bought at all.
We can not go on pretending we are a great side with the results from last season and their continuation into this one.
The first signing should be a new medical team The next signing a bloody striker a Defender and a sodding back up keeper.
We could go down this season if we keep pretending, I might add I was shocked to hear Coates talking about relegation, reminding us of Boro. Shows me how he is thinking.
Not wetting knickers yet but by God we need to address the problems.

Great place to attract new players from . utterly pathetic lack of strategic intent from the Buffoon in charge of the transfer strategy .
