Good back up as a left winger/defender or wing back only 23 good pace and powerful, came through Leicester's academy so would be deemed as home grown (I think). A good replacement for the ageing Jon Walters? Gouranga.

I'd do it, give Eric a kick up the arse going forward.

No defensive skill and headless chicken going forward. Pace and power is his strength but remains to be seen if he has the discipline needed consistently at this level. Still young but at £10m think we could do better.

He's pretty quick but Eric is a better defender and both are poor crossers of the ball, so no thanks - much prefer Trip from spurs (for 5 or even 10 mill) as would allow Johnson to cover left back (think he started at LB before switching to RB)

That's almost a Shaqiri.
No Schlupping way.

West Scrum are after him and have been knocked back at £9m Gouranga.

After buying him for £10m we should then offer the same for Balotelli and get Wes Brown in as Ryan's CB partner.

West Brom have been really interested in him it seems. Talking personally I like Jeff, and in my mind his best position is left wing which utilizes his pace which can therefore create goalscoring chances. He's still developing his game and he's mentioned himself under Ranieri, he has been given tips on how to improve areas of his game to become an overall better player.

Is he really only 23? Seems to have been around for years.
That will explain why I've always thought he looked really "raw" when I saw him.
If he's only 23, he'd be a good signing for someone.

Surely you need to keep you squad together with players like Schlupp and Ulloa? That great united front the players seemed to have last year seems to have gone already.

No better than what we have. We have enough thrust in the front 6 now. We need defenders that can shut down a front line.

He's so wank it's unreal, comically so. So wank in fact that he only made 24 appearances in a side that flattered themselves by only just managing to finish 1st in the premier league. He must have me really wank to only make 24 appearances in a really wank side. That Mahrez fella and Vardy were almost as wank it makes you think that there must have been some sort of conspiracy to allow such wankness win the Premier league title. I am praying to god that Stoke are just as wank next season. Gouranga.

To be quite honest with you I'm not sure. The consensus is we're unlikely to want to sell him as Claudio & staff like him, he offers an important dimension to our team. Again Ulloa, I don't think the club want to sell him either because he is still a proven PL goalscorer, and has a lot of attributes which are key to us - he scored some vital goals last season, his work rate is superb and he can bring others into the game. You are right, really we do need to keep players such as Schlupp and Ulloa together because not only do we need squad depth, but they both actually offer effective qualities to us.

In what way shame or form, other than being black, is he a Walters replacement?
He's a LB/LW replacing a ST/RW....the only way he could be more of an opposite is if he played in goal!

Do we really need another winger? I guess Arnie and Shaq will be first choices and we already have Sobhe and N'Goy waiting for their turn too! Even Walters and Diouf can play there if needed. We need another central defender most of all and after that a striker, then we're done! Maybe a couple of the United youngsters would be worth a punt as their age means they don't count in the 25 man squad, am I right?

I would only consider him if we could get Drinkwater as well. Simply because when they do a 1-2. and the commentator says " Drinkwater...Schlupp..." it just creases me...

I don't think we need him but I don't think he's as bad as some are suggesting although his decision making certainly needs improving.
I can't remember who it was against but in one of the Leicester games I watched last season he came on a sub and had a massive impact on the game because he was bursting past players with ease and the opposition didn't have a clue how to deal with him.
