Anyone know if a photo submitted by a 3rd party of a car allegedly parked in an "at all times" taxi bay is legally enforceable - or is it only a traffic enforcement officer that can submit such evidence or council run surveillance cameras?
My guess is that it is not admissible ???

If my memory of the Road traffic act of 1972 is relevant.

surely a pic is 100% proof [unless it had been doctored which would be easy enough to spot] you have been caught pay up and move on

But on a not unrelated matter I know that some insurance companies are no longer accepting dashcam evidence of accident liability (and other road traffic violations) unless the video or image is time and date stamped together with full GPS coordinates.
