It appears from his profile on transfermarkt that he has dual nationality Gabon/French - so no work permit problems. Although as he plays for Gabon he will possibly be off to the ACON every two years. Maybe but Gabon are not a regular qualifier for the ACON They're hosting it in 2017 though

Signed a 4 year deal just two months ago with a transfer fee of 9.5M Euro's. Can't understand this link at all. Similar to the Shaq deal isn't it? Inter signed him permanently after a loan spell then sold him to us in the same window. Juventus probably signed him to then make a profit by selling him. Precisely Typical Juve

Di Marzio is also one of the more reliable sources on Twitter too, hopefully we're in there with a shout. Would be a good signing IMO.

This Pedulla bloke is claiming we're offering a potential €15m for the kiddie, but Juve want 20 - with Pulis also interested

Hope he's as good as our last ex-Juventus player. Could be a hell of a season.

Are teams being stubborn or are we being tight arses? It feels like we're always making offers we know teams won't accept
Scholes would be a bloody nightmare at a carboot "50p for that teddy? I'll give you 30... but sir proceeds to go char.. I SAID FUCKING 30p!"

I sometimes speak to him as my girlfriend worked with him. he told me last season days before shaqiri was announced. I think sky sports in Italy are a bit more on the ball though than their English counterparts

For what its worth, I spoke to an Italian mate of mine who has been a Juve season ticket holder all his life. He says hes not yet the finished article but has shown great potential and he'd be gutted if they sold him as he thinks hes definitely one for the future...

Definitely like the look of him. Would mean we'd lose 3 players for the Afcon in January: diouf, sobhi and this fella.
Still, good age, potential, has played with imbula before. Like the direction our signings seem to be going.

What type of midfielder is he mate? Is he capable of sitting in front of the back four, or is that not his natural game? It seems that every box to box midfielder who is 6ft or over gets described as a defensive midfielder these days.

Juve were mad enough to loan out Coman to Bayern with a view to a permanent so I wouldn't put anything past them.

On the positive side, if it's a straight fight between us and Ex West Brazil then there's only one winner.

Think this guy could potentially be really good. Would need time like Imbula but maybe a long-term Whelan replacement. In today's market, £20m is about standard.

Don't suppose you've found anything on your cyber travels suggesting how Imbula and Lemina fit into the Marseille team together did you mate?

Just paper talk and agents hawking him around at this stage I'd suggest. Good player mind!

Not heard anything about Stoke's interest in particular, other than what's in the media. Sobhi was pretty obvious. I'm confident about his visa and the club are too. Re: Berahino. We thought we'd agreed a deal with West Brom but they changed their minds. Offered him a new deal. He's rejected it. Now West Brom asking for more money. Heard that the player is very interested in joining us. I'm confident. West Brom should stop playing silly buggers the closer it gets to deadline day.

Not surprised after that ridiculous penalty last week He's very popular with the fans though but he doesn't get much gametime and I think they will want a big name to replace morata. zaza is usually an excellent penalty taker. I blame Conte or some staff member who clearly told them to try mind games. pelle tried it so did bonucci.

Right, cheers mate. I'm hoping he's the long awaited Whelan competition/successor the thing is, whelan was never signed to be our defensive midfielder for best part of a decade. I don't see why we need to locate a proven and likely expensive natural sitter? a central midfielder with the right attributes can be coached to become that player. I see people turning their noses up at ryan mason because they didn't see him play there. why can't he? how do we know? lemina looks energetic and not shy of a tackle, if he has positional discipline there is no reason why he couldn't be guided into such a role anyway.
