But (as i said on another thread) given how we struggle to keep up with Delilah we'd have fuck all chance of getting this one right.

It's been mentioned as a suggestion for Leicester too. Not sure about it to be honest, don't know either way. It depends to an extent of how well an English club would sing it.

I was at the Iceland v Austria game next to their fans, it was fantastic and very loud.

I thought Hungary had been the best exponents of it in this tournament to be honest, especially when they're on a narrow street and you can see the speed of sound in the wave of claps going through them:
But I never get tired of the Dortmund version a few years back while being led through Manchester
It would be no good here, it would end up taking 5 seconds when its inevitably sped up to top speed, but its pretty fucking good agreed

It's not often England fans are out sung but you could only hear Iceland on monday night, great support from them.

They are already selling gum shields in their club shop with eagles written on them. Leicester may be another to do it, but they'll just all clap with those annoying bloody things and not their hands which would be funny. Any club that does it will get the piss taken.

Effective.......Would be good at stoke Yes it's effective, but it would sound gash and be very small time if we nicked it. For start, we aren't Vikings and Iceland only exists because a group of hairy arsed Vikings decided to find somewhere even more cold and and even more inhospitable than Northern Norway to live.

I'm a Viking by descent, but I cringe at the thought of what carnage Block 19 would bring to this

Would be great...until we do a 140bpm version as per usual with all our chants, and then it would sound like the 70s monkey noise chants which unless you are in Russia, don't seem to happen in football grounds these days
