Surely we have got one game further than in the World Cup, so that is good reason for the FA to keep Woy as manager?

Pulis would have won today easily. He'd have had a system, they'd all know what was expected of them. What has Hodgson been doing with them in training?

The problems don't just start with the manager, the whole of English football needs a total reform just like what happened in Belgium and Germany. It's an absolute shambles from kids Sunday league right to the senior national team which is why we can't produce any genuinely world class players anymore. An absolute fucking joke that it's gone on this long without change.

Mourihno is the only manager in recent history who has the tactical nouse to go into a game as a favourite, play like favourites and beat the turgid 2 banks of four.

Someone at the FA needs to get of his/her high horse and make a field trip to Iceland and learn sum at about organizing a team. None of their players play in Iceland, so it's not exactly like they can call them together easily.
We need to build a team around a core of players and get our shit together before the WC qualifiers, which start in a couple of months. Not try to figure out the best team in the group stage and hope for the best. A complete joke. Good luck Iceland.
