Sky Sports News HQ has learned Manchester United are the only Premier League club Zlatan Ibrahimovic will join this summer, although he is also considering a more lucrative offer from China.
The money United could expect to make in shirt sales and other marketing ventures would go some way to offsetting his wage demands, which are reportedly in the region of £11.4m.
However, United are not prepared to match the financial terms Ibrahimovic can earn in China. Sky Sports News HQ understands there is an offer on the table from an unnamed Chinese Super League club, worth £53m over two seasons.

As a 35 year old who has won pretty much everything I wouldn't exactly blame him for going to China. Let's be honest, the premier league isn't exactly the easiest league to adapt to, especially when you're on the verge of retirement.

He's arguably in the best form of his life. It would be a shame if he just disappeared over there. I'd like to see him in the prem personally.

He's been speaking today and when questioned about his age he responded with "I'm just warming up".. he's not short of confidence is he?

I hope he does sign for united for two reasons: 1-He's funny in his interviews and we'd see more of them. 2-Ryan owes him one for ruining his England debut

However saying that, 53 million quid and not having to play for united....he's only human (despite what he thinks!)

It'd be a shame if he took it, but it's hard to turn down that sort of money isn't it.

Not on telly, few column inches in European papers, Street cred next to nil. As a bit of an attention seeker would the Chinese gobble him up, so to speak.

Assuming he goes to the biggest well known Chinese club, the name of which eludes me to be honest. The European press are too busy being obsessed with domestic stuff to be bothered following one person abroad. They were hardly bothered when Gerrard, Beckham etc disappeared, apart from the first fortnight.

And he's worth every penny.
He'd light up this league like no player has before if he was to join The Shit though - and I for one hope he will.
