Does that mean you'd take Jones, Dave? I'm not a fan of him in an England shirt, nor do I believe that he has developed into the player everyone thought he'd be. In fact, I would say he was better in his brief spell at Blackburn, where he was playing regularly, than he is now. Would I take him? At the right price, absolutely. You'd probably find he's one that would improve massively with a consistent run of games and simply by feeling like a key man at a new club. Could he really be any worse than Wooly or more injury prone than Muniesa? We already have one Geoff Cameron in the squad, I don't think we need another

Bayernoatcake and his moveable goalposts...... Not at all, at the time he was shit. I don't think the current manager would get the best out of him though as we have a similar player (bar the clinicalness) who he hasn't managed right from day 1 of him joining! Brilliant to caveat that with 'bar the clinicalness'. Isn't it the clincialness that sets Vardy apart from a thousand other forwards with pace? It's like saying Barry Siddall was like Gordon Banks bar the reflexes.

Any players deemed "shit" by many on here who you wouldn't mind us signing? Players like Joe Allen, Shane Long and Andy Carroll spring to mind for me. I reckon all three would have made us a better team, but they have all been slated at various times. Any unpopular players you'd go for? Andy Carroll who is injury prone and Stoke City - Theres a match made in heaven. He would propably get ink poisoning signing the contract

Not much between them for me, certainly not at CH I'm sorry but Geoff Cameron is useless. At fault for the Sunderland goal, should have cost us another penalty and at fault for the opening palace goal. He's a shit right back, he's a lousy centre half and he isn't great in midfield either.

Diouf could and would score 15 for us in a clear season but hasn't been given the chance.

So when you say someone is shit you now have to quantify that with "at the present time but if he shows something that he's never shown in his career in the next 2 years I apologise"? I'll stick with he's shit and no that can change!

Not the answer for every game but someone like Cattermole would add some much needed steel to the middle of the park when needed.

Delph and Bony will be out of the door quicker than a Vale fan on Methadone day when the golden boy turns up at Man City. I'd be all over both of them. The trouble with Man City, Chelsea and all the other shower of bastards is that they ruin average players like them (who would be great for us by the way). They buy them put them on massive wages that no-one else can match and they just sit on the bench getting splinters in their arses for 5 years because they don't want to take the huge pay cut they would have to in order to join us. We can afford the fee but not the wages. I would at least try with Delph, I get the impression he didn't really want to go Citeh anyway and would at least consider moving on for first team football.
