bbc.in/24spOVEIt seems like Le Whinger has finally found some humility & apologises to the Arsenal fans for a season of colossal failure.

15 seasons of champions league - I'd take that failure....... A club their size though should have won the league in the past 12 seasons. He's massively underachieved all told. He's had money to spend and the same issues keep cropping up with his aides. How long did it take him to sign a decent goalie? They've been crying out for another striker for years and their defence is still poor. Their injury record is horrorific too and doesn't seem to get better. If finishing in a position floats your boat then fair dos but if I was an Arsenal I'd want to win the league or champions league. They are the type of club that need to be doing that.

I'd miss him if he left, oddly enough. I loathe the way his teams ruin football, and his weird comments about us, but having an arch-rival is all part of the fun. If he left Arsenal, we'd probably lose some of the venom in our home games against them. Worse still, they might launch a genuine title challenge.

I'd miss him too, anyone who thinks Arsenal would become less loathsome without him is mistaken, the free flowing football with a soft underbelly would be replaced by some top dollar signings and a more uncompromising approach.

I don't give a shit about Arsenal; most of their fans flip-flop between supporting Artsenal and Man Utd anyway. They only relevance here is the less than satisfactory conclusion to the Shawcross character assassination campaign that Wenger conducted. Until he jumps head-first in front of a full speed intercity train asking for forgiveness, I wouldn't accept his apology and even then I wouldn't accept it, I would just understand why he felt he had to do it.

It won't help seeing all these other clubs bringing in more relevant and genuinely world class managers either. Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool have. Man Yoo could bring in Mou (who is now debatable if he's world class and relevant) but for now he's still up there. And your biggest rivals have a manager who's developed a young exciting side with a brilliant defence too. My only question is of the top bollock managers who is there left? Simeone isn't really suited for Arsenal unless their fans just wanted wins and didn't care about the style. Which I think they would be OK with it worked initially but then get bored. Pellegrini? I'd want someone better. Who else?

You almost feel for the bloke at this stage but then you look at his yearly salary ...... You almost feel for him? Really? Why not? His job's under threat, isn't it? He's, without question, a hugely imperfect manager but the cunt's grown on me in the last few years.

I just find the title of this post bizarre...surely the first two words have no relation to the last 2?
