I'm surprised there isn't an official Stoke app. Type Stoke City into the App Store and it comes up with a load off apps for West Ham.

Google Maps is good if you just want to get from A to B via car, foot, public transport or whatever.
I use some of the train company Apps too (Southern in my case) since you can see exactly where any given train is and if it is running to time. But for some reason I don't really see you as a 'trains' man preferring to just run around in the Bentley instead!
I have a 'flashlight' App which turns my Smartphone in to a torch for occasions when I find myself at a crime scene in the dark or if I spot 2 pence on the ground.

My aversion to trains and trainspotters began as a result of meeting a Pulis hating crazy Yankee Professor many years ago ...he resides permanently in the shitbin and refuses to come out other than special occasions . But I do have the flashlight and basic stuff ...just wondered if they do one where you can trace Nutjob computer geeks that have at least 6 usernames and operate mainly from south east Asia . ? You know ,....." A khaliffometer " or " Grimeydevice " specially adapted for the recognition and disarmament of such nut jobs .

Someone said there's an App called " Thai Boy" , I'm not convinced it's what you are looking for though, you may need to look for a longa longa time before you find what you desire

I don't think there is a computer app known to man kind that could keep up with that web of duplicity, intuition is your friend here!

Met Office is pretty good for the weather. When it doesn't crash that is.

...oh and...
UK Birds Sounds - pics of the uk avians and their associated calls. Handy for shifting the squirrels off the bird feeder with raptor calls. Shifts everything else as well mind. Which is fun once or twice but a bit tight really.
Mushrooms Pro is handy for helping identify the baddies when foraging.
