Wond'ring aloud -- how we feel today. Last night sipped the sunset -- my hands in her hair. We are our own saviours as we start both our hearts beating life into each other.
Wond'ring aloud -- will the years treat us well. As she floats in the kitchen, I'm tasting the smell of toast as the butter runs. Then she comes, spilling crumbs on the bed and I shake my head. And it's only the giving that makes you what you are.

This lot were a bit good.
Supremes are/were fantastic. Great picks. I tune into Richard Serling's Saturday Soul Show on Stoke whenever I can, favourite Radio show currently. Last weeks theme was pre-Northern Club Soul and Funk, two hours of fantastic {with plenty of unfamiliar} stuff. Two hours without a lull in quality. I find myself taking notes, youtubing, peppering the week with some of Serling's weekend soul. Some of this weeks lingering selections.... ps. Nice to see some Tindersticks, was thinking about their cover of Townes Van Zandt's 'Kathleen' {as a result of the C&W thread}. Can only take them in small measure these days, his voice is a bit too pub singer Vic.

An afternoon Jazz sojourn about to be smashed by a radio Stoke Frequency Modulated wave band interlude. Freddie at the helm commanding the smooth controls.
Go on Stoke.

Sterling work perhaps one of the oddest things I've seen heard in a good while, Quite unnerving and still nearly a week later I have no idea what to make of it. Nope, just don't know. V. Strange Castrato.
