I could see us getting something from this. They play on Thursday in Dortmund which hopefully will sap there energy a bit for Sunday.
Amy news on whether Johnson, Ryan, Shaq could be back?

Don't think Ryan will be back.
He's meant to be back training this week and they're hoping to give him an U21s game to help him get fit.

I'm never confident, hopeful but not confident, we're becoming a bit Everton-like, we could score 3 goals and be completely dominant and i still wouldn't trust our ability to see the game out

Ideally if they get something from Dortmund and the tie is still live they may even rest players against us in readiness for the home leg, lets face it, Champs Lge is where they want to be, and this years Europa Winners get a Champs Lge spot next season...

When was the last time we lost a 2 goal lead? We have been the most consistent that I've ever witnessed in my lifetime at seeing games out this season and we have more points than we've ever had at this stage which backs it up. I don't really post when I disagree with things on here because I'd never get off this website but that isn't half a load of shite that.

Love to nick a win. Klopp is getting on my tits already. Looks like a manic Stephen Merchant!. My sentiments exactly, but with 40,000 + Scousers shouting at the ref I fear for the key decisions going against us.

The pundits will be craving a scouse win so they can keep the wankfest going over Klopp and Sturridge's return. Fuck'em we've got nothing lose, I'd love to see Carragher's and Klopp's faces if we win and denied them a chance in Europe, Scouse twats!

We threw one away yesterday, I'm more getting at how we rarely kill games off, we always seem to give the opposition a sniff of hope and a doorway back in to the game, they don't always take the opportunity mind, we've thrown away so many points this season by not being ruthless enough though

Why's that then? Do you know they let a lead slip? Do you know what day it is?

Why's that then? Do you know they let a lead slip? Do you know what day it is? Completely different situations. We blew a 2 goal lead against a poor side when we were in total control where as Liverpool got a point they didn't expect to get in a game where they were hanging on from the start. Oh and it's Sunday so back to school for you tomorrow.

What does everyone predict out this game and line ups?
Haugaard
Bardsley - Wollsheid - Muniesa - Pieters
Afellay - Cameron - Imbula
Shaqiri - Bojan - Arnie

Got my ticket yesterday, ther's about 4 or 5 left.
£47!!! Hoping I don't get done with the 'restricted view' but judging by the internet my row should be alright.
I fancy 1-1.

Pretty much this - swap Cameron for Whelan obvs if the latter is fit. Muni did a great job earlier in the season in the League Cup fixture there, so I'd give him his chance either way. As Bowen as indicated, it's a real headscratcher regarding including both Ibi and Bo in the team if you want to go 4231 and include Jos (for example) which should definitely be a consideration. V. difficult

V. difficult Very difficult but a nice problem to have. The smart play would be start either Bojan or Affelay and then substitute one for the other when the starter is knackered after 60 minutes. Alternatively, use the Hughes substitution plan (whatever that is) and screw things up.
