And here's an Interesting Statistic, although a lot of Stoke fans (including myself) have been been somewhat disappointed by our lack of consistency this season, since the beginning of November, we've actually picked up more points than Arsenal, Citeh, United, Liverpool, Southampton & West Ham. We had a slow start but since then we've been one of the most consistent teams in the league. Bet you were surprised by that.

Game 7 before we got a win wasn't it?
I'd love to see us get some sort of semi-sensible start to next season and see where it takes us.

I truly never thought I'd see the sentence "will Stoke or *even* Liverpool" make the Champions League this year written in a national newspaper. Then again I never thought we'd inflict their worst defeat in living memory on them either

An impressive haul.
3 points for a win has benefited us this season. Considering we rarely beat teams by more than a one goal margin, it's amazing how few draws we've had to this point.

Gut wrenching to think that those points dropped against Leicester West Ham away West Brom & Southampton have cost us a Champions League place.
Conna wait for next season.

We're not the only team to drop points this season. All sides bar Leicester and Spurs have have bad runs.

Unfortunately this was the season to do it. I don't think we'll ever see the 2 Manchester clubs and Chelsea as weak as they've been this season. I also think we'll need to improve next season just to stand still as I don't think we've been particularly brilliant this season.

Next season for sure with a new CB and top striker plus an Imbula partner.

We'd have done it if the corners had been filled in.

Anything is possible if we win the next 7 games, it depends on how hungry the players are for me

Not too shabby with all the injuries and "wank" players we have.

It was tough hit the round running with many new players to assimilate in a short period of time. Let's hope we have more starters returning next season and we should get off to a better start.

Conna wait for next season. 3 of those are above us so it's not actually embarrassing, even if it is disappointing. Imagine if we had kept Huth, we would be top of La Liga now and have a World Cup! H

When you look at the table, if we had beat southampton we would be right in the mix.

I think the Grauniad is unlikely to worry the top 4 of the British Newspaper League Table any time soon so there.
