If we were in Leicesters position, I can't help but feel we would be milking it A LOT more than they currently are!

We would lose one game and Tottenham would win reducing the lead to 2 points and this mb would ask if Hughes should he accountable and many players should be " fucked off "
That covers it

not really, we are a top half side on the up where as Leicester were predicted to go down after the appointment of ranierie The idea that any team outside the big six of Chelsea, the Manchester clubs, Liverpool and the North London clubs could mount a serious title challenge was utterly laughable before this season. Any team outside that group would be treated the exact same way Leicester have. Even the idea of Liverpool or Spurs having a chance would be considered fresh and surprising, as Liverpool a couple of years ago was and Spurs this season is.

If Stoke City were top of the Premier League every single football fan outside of Stoke-On-Trent would want us to fuck it up and want someone to overtake us, that is a fact. The worrying thing is some people genuinely believe that.

Don't get me wrong I'm not one of these militants that believes everyone on the planet hates us, but seeing as our old reputation is still lingering above our heads like some damning grey cloud I think we'd see a fair share of detritus coming our way if we were top of the pile, whereas Leicester have the fairy tale of just about avoiding relegation and their whole meteoric rise since.

I don't think it'd be much different if it were us. We're getting more and more plaudits for how we play and if we were top the same people who are willing Leicester on would be willing us on, while you'd have the same minority of bitter, jealous sods hoping they fuck it up or trying to pick holes in them like we see people doing with Leicester on here.

Also spurs haven't won the league in my lifetime i don't think so i would like them to win just to see wengers face. It's almost as much of an upset if spurs do it. Also gary lineker gets on my tits. Oh sod it I'm just a miserable old bugger!

The worrying thing is some people genuinely believe that. I think the levels of paranoia shown are a little excessive, but I do think he's at least stepping on a fair point. We're still not well liked among a lot of clubs, who simply won't let go of the legacy left by Pulis. Ironically, Pulis is the golden boy right now it seems.

Sorry mate, just don't feel that's the case with us any more than it is a lot of clubs. Nobody's universally liked. There's been loads of nice stuff written about us in recent times. Also think Pulis' golden boy status has gone now he's not London-based anymore and he's turned WBA into almost a parody of his worst traits.

I fucking hate Leicester, Lou's playoff, a bloke at Uni who was a real gobshite, going into administration with little consequence and new rules being bought in so teams who did it after got points deductions, etc! But I don't feel Spurs will not win it. They are more prone to nearly men fuck ups than we are, but higher up the food chain! Oh, if we were in their position, we'd win at Citeh and Liverpool and lose the rest.

Biscuit would still be predicting relegation. We could be pushing for Europe or top of the league - but the gravity crocodile still lurks.

I was reading an article the other day talking about how "pragmatic Pulis intelligently saw an opportunity to take points from Man Utd".... no mention of the fact it's the worst Man Utd team in years They've dropped some pretty poor points this season let's be honest. I think the media are slowly taking a shine to us, but fans of other clubs...? Nah.

Leicester aren't overly cuddly either, it's just a great story, like it would be for us. Even when we were 'hated' under Pulis there were plenty who liked us as a throwback to the old days.
