I was doing my impression of Steve Marriott this morning in the kitchen, while listening to All Or Nothing. I love this track. Anyone else have any favourites that they like singing their heads off to?

All or nothing is also a fave of mine to sing to. Air guitar to Ogden's nutgone flake is a winner too! Sent from my A0001 using proboards

Wam bam thank you mam - an early pointer to hard rock. Song of a Baker- leaning towards prog rock. Mad John- folk influence. Itchycoo Park- psychedelia. If you think I'm groovy- soul. Happy days toy town - music hall. All or nothing - blistering rock/pop anthem. The Small Faces could do it all, massively talented, massively underrated and finished by the time they were around 22 years old. Check out 'you need loving' to see how Robert Plant rips off Steve Marriott on 'whole lotta love' RIP Steve, Plonk and Mac.

Anyone else have any favourites that they like singing their heads off to? I saw one of his last UK performances and believe it or not it was at the Wheatsheaf in Stoke. The band was called Steve Marriot's packet of Three. An amazing night where he played all the Small Faces and Humble Pie hits.

Not one to sing to but since the sad news of Keith Emerson's passing the other day I can't seem to get. " Fanfare for the common man " out of my head .

If ever Chell WMC goes the same way , then there'll be fucking trouble ....There's no way I'm leaving my sandals outside and I am unanimous .

A lot of those old venues have gone . The Sundown in Edmonton was another one . Had some great nights there during the 70s

Its to do with my Aussie cousins ....Two Stoke sisters married two Scottish brothers ...one of the offspring became a world record holder in shotput . His name is Hamish McDonald . Hence the Kangaroo !

Had a singalong in the car today to Mr Blue Sky still as infectious as ever.

Gary Sobers was pro for Norton but Wes Hall who was the fastest bowler in the World at that time was pro for Great Chell , they used to say his run up started at the sight screen !

I think I've had this conversation before with someone on here and I might be wrong , but I honestly thought he played for Chell too . It was before my time so I'm not sure . I do know he played for Norton tho ' ..
