Ouch Got to feel for the bloke, he had a job here to establish stoke and did it very well regardless of what he had to do to do it. If it wasn't for Pulis we wouldn't be buying thelikes of the Bojan's Arnautovic's & Shaqiri's Feel for him my arse He can pay it back with those end of season bonuses he got for boring the tits off me you reap what you sow

My love for Pulis will be gathering dust in the basement until he dies or retires following the cheating by his team in both our games against his club this season, but I must say I find it extremely disturbing that those in charge at palace have opted to go down this route considering pulis went into a club that seemed dead and buried, came out with the manager of the year award and essentially earnt palace 100s of millions of £ in doing so. I find it disturbing and petty to say the least. I'm not even sure it's good business. £3.5m to a premiership club is a drop in the ocean. A questionable reputation to potential managers however could end up costing then 100-fold that. There has to be more to this. Like you say, palace in danger of giving themselves a bit of a rep. Mr P already has "form" with Brizzle and Gills.

F*****g hell. 3.5m big ones. Debs will be distraught. All those staying up bonuses swallowed up in one hit What's this all about? Pulis had a contract with Palace that allowed Pulis a bonus if he kept them up AND didn't "jump ship". Pulis received his bonus and then "jumped ship". Palace want the bonus back. In which case the verdict is totally fair. He's just giving back something he shouldn't have received. Incidentally, he'll easily be a highest rate taxpayer, so being taxed at 45%, presumably he only has to repay the net, so his gross bonus must've been something like 6.75m

We come, stayed and rattled a few cages like the annoying neighbours. Because of this next season we are as a club rich beyond our wildest expectations, it could of been so different had a clown been in charge, next season we hope for top 6 and ~t hasn't just happened by luck

There is bad blood somewhere but enough for palace to win their dispute. Wether he appeals will be a tell tale sign I'd imagine the bad blood is from walking out 2 days before the season starts having just signed a player you can see how a chairman might get the hump espicially if the timing appeared to be an attempt to fuck you over. Having said that TP is on the end of a rough decision on this one, he had pretty much done what was required to earn the bonus but in the eyes of the law he hadn't fulfilled the contract so he was never going to win.

Two thoughts
1 ) he ( Our Tone ) isnt going to like that one little bit
2) as Said to the Tory Mp Neil Hamilton who went to court with a libel case against Al Fayed of Harrods fame
and lost ---- badly !
'never go up against a skunk in a pissing contest' !

£500k in court fees, how long did it go on for! I heard he could have brought a coach load of lawyers in but they wouldn't have been any better than he already had, so he had to wait for the big boys to take their pick before he could get the scraps. That's why it took so long! H

He should have done a Arry Rednapp and claim to be illiterate .....Most gypos do and quote European court of human rights as their ' get out of jail ' card ....
Mind you , there's not many on Sandbanks .....Most of his money will be tied up long term so this could mean a painful experience . There's no point of appeal ... A contract is a contract however little time is left on it .
The Palace chairman is a bit of a twat to be honest ....

That sounds right to me. Of course assuming that he declared the bonus as income lol.
