We're 7/4 to stay up.
7500-1 for the League.
07/05/2008 - Potters a long shot for title!Stoke City are a massive 7,500/1 to win the Premier League next season, but a less generous 7/4 to stay up.
And they are being quoted at 5/2 on to go straight back down, while their chances of a healthy top-10 finish are rated at a rather tight-fisted 10/1.
Those are the odds being laid by the chairman's own internet betting company as punters are being tempted into an early flutter on the top-flight newcomers.
Peter Coates is set to gamble many millions on strengthening the manager's hand in the transfer market, but is keeping tight-lipped about any private bets on his beloved club.
"Mr Coates wasn't too happy at us quoting Stoke at odds on to go back down," joked bet365 spokesman Steve Freeth .
"However, his side have proved plenty of people wrong over the season and you know that any team managed by Tony Pulis will make life difficult for their more illustrious opponents."
