I would hope that they wouldn't come to park the bus, if they come to play then it should be a good game and work in our favour. I think even if we win, we will have a fight to finish any higher than 7th or 8th.

Get beat BY Southampton and the dream is most certainly dead, but according to some on here i'll be furiously masterbating into a pic of Tony Pulis with a big smile on my face at the thought of another Stoke City loss.

Next two games are massive, and very tough. 4 points would be superb, 3 would be ok although we could do with not loosing to either Southampton or Watford.
The team should be
Butland Not Imbula Not Imbula Not Imbula Not Imbula
Not Imbula Imbula
Not Imbula Not Imbula Not Imbula
Not Imbula
That would probably be my team for the rest of the season now.

Very envious of those that have the time and can afford to follow the club here, there and everywhere though.

Kodi is my season ticket these days

It is realistic of course, just saying I'd take 4 points now if offered it.

Back on topic, thought they looked pretty average vs sunderland from what I saw on the highlights.
However, MOTD also made us out to be the second best team vs Chelsea.........

...a must win game if we want to get into europe...too much of a gap if we dont? We will need to win 70% of our remaining fixtures if we want to consoldiate a Europa League place, beating Saints and the Scousers on the way. We will also need Man Utd to collapse because I can't see West Ham slipping up.

However 7th should and 8th (indeed in theory 9th) could result in qualifying for Europe Be very unlucky to finish 7th and not qualify

Quite an exciting run in, more exciting that our 'finish in the top half' objectives that has characterised the last two seasons. A Europa League place would help us to retain our key players (like Arnie and Butland) and recruit even more talents from abroad. Exciting times.

It would be nice to give someone a Liverpool style tonking before the season ends

Tough game, I think Imbula is showing just how important he is in these games. Before his arrival, you'd say they have the midfield edge, afterwards, we have Imbula, we have the edge. That's the difference a single terrifically talented footballer can make.
