Heres one from memory lane (Feb 1992)
Steino - the smallest man on the pitch wins it with a headed goal against the Baggies

Bangoura plays now in his home country's league for AS Kaloum Star
A frustrating player; a poor attitude but had some ability too - will regret not doing more when he retires
Still only 33 too
A shame Pulis never got hold of him, might have done something with him, unlike Boskamp who basically had zero man management skills!

John tudor on his debut I think? Agree. Nominated goal of the month . Moses v Everton was impressive. Smithy v Leeds.

Gareth Evans at Burnden Park. At the time it seemed like he was on the edge of the box but probably wasn't. Fair mental in the pouring rain. One of the best memories I have from growing up watching stoke. What a bloody mental it was. The day after I was across forest park with my ball trying re create that header. Still got a flat nose to prove it

But my memory is dogshit. The Delilah at full time was pretty special too. Travelled to that game in the back of a mates van, got piss wet through stood on the open terrace by the Normid, but was one of my favourite away days ever.

Nice looper from Kyle Lightbourne This was the first one that came to mind for me, it felt like slow motion live, but it way always going into the top corner. The Akinbiyi header against Reading on the last day of the season when we (just) stayed up.

I struggle remember what I had for my tea mate. But as far as I remember we were right in line when he connected and I've a feeling it was somewhere near the edge of the box. Bloody end erupted. As you say bud the delilah at the end was unbelievable. TJ on a pylon ha ha

It has to be John Ritchie's third goal against Southampton in the 1973/1974 season. There was talk of us signing Huddy's old mate Peter Osgood to replace Ritchie who was coming to the end of his career. Osgood turned us down and shortly after we played Osgood and Southampton at Stoke. Ritchie had a point to prove and after scoring two goals he scored his third goal in front of the Boothen when the ball was played past their keeper, with no-one anywhere near it, and rather than tapping it in he got down on his hands and knees and, with a big grin on his face, headed it over the line . Not the best header but certainly the funniest and most memorable. Didn't Osgood say Ritchie could only score with his head?
