There was hell up last week when Stoke booed the Arsenal players but today it was the Arsenal fans who booed every time Fabregas touched the ball (just like they kept on booing Van Persie when he was at Manchester United). Chelsea fans on the other hand applauded Cech. I'm trying not to be too cynical but Arsenal fans just showed once again why everyone hates them.

Hate Arsenal and wouldn't usually defend them but Cech left with dignity and class whereas Fabregas did not, one player deserves to be booed the other does not... Js.

Fabregas should have had a pen and then conceded a free kick for nowt. Having said that, I don't like either team so I'm not writing a complaint to FA

Cech wasn't pointing at the Arsenal badge to Chelsea fans. I dislike Arsenal anyways.

Fabrigas and Nasri dared to leave Arsenil - pfft, shocking and utter disgrace. Players come and go as they please, to suggest there's a difference in the way one leaves a club 'with dignity' or not is tenuous. Both could see other clubs offered better prospects and so moved on, such is the career of a footballer.........ask Asmir

The chants they directed at Adebayor were much much worse than anything any other club's fans have ever sang, . Any balanced article would have mentioned those, but not surprisingly failed to do so.
Oh and of course there hissing noises against Spurs, but as far as I'm aware they are a long time ago now.

In a sport where players cheat constantly, condoned by managers and pundits who call it "professional", abuse referrees openly and earn obscene amounts of money, why is it the fans who are supposed to behave honourably?

This is true actually. I used to laugh when my grandad told me money had ruined the game, but sadly he's being proven more and more right each passing year. I remember being surprised when I saw Michael Owen go down easily, now I'd be shocked if I saw a player try to stay on his feet.

I'm sure I saw that Homzy tweeted something about homophobic chanting at Oscar. Wouldn't surprise me and of course the keyboard warriors and tin pot journos would be happy to ignore it if that was the case.

People are ambivalent towards Asmir, no one gives a shit and the vast majority don't have any negative towards Bego. He didn't do anything that bad at the end of the day But think what you want

Bit of a difference between us booing their player who broke his leg whilst playing us and them booing a player who they feel betrayed them by moving to one of their biggest rivals.
Hardly comparing apples with apples.

I don't know why we get so excercised about the Arse anymore...just sit back and watch them blow their best chance in years of winning the league and then laugh like drains!

I don't know why we get so excercised about the Arse anymore...just sit back and watch them blow their best chance in years of winning the league and then laugh like drains! So many will never forgive Wenger and the whole club for their behaviour since we have been in the Premier League. That is why we get passionate about not wanting Arsenal to win anything. Why we are so pleased they mess things up every year in terms of the league, I fear that they might win this league as others are so inconsistent. But hoping not
