He walks with limp. The most disgusting, vile, inappropriate song I have ever heard sung at Stoke. I know the history, I know he has refused to accept an apology, but this was completely unnecessary, in my opinion. Nothing wrong in booing him, but this was just gutter level. Rant over. Has Ramsey ever had a decent game at our stadium? If the answer you are looking for is "no" then the crowd, whatever they may chant, are doing something right.

I was having a piss at the time, but as soon as I heard it I became so offended I burst into tears. I stopped believing in God because it was that evil. I then spiralled into a dank pit of nihilist despair and became addicted to heroin. I bet that song made you piss in the sink...

Let's get one thing straight. Ramsey got chants sung about him today because when he came across to take a corner and was being booed, like every other opposition player that takes a corner, Ramsey decided he was going to cynically clap the crowd. The chants were going on far before any corner was taken. Our fans like to provoke, but we get all pissy when players react.

If that had happened to me, I wouldn't have accepted an apology either. Then you are also a massive Jessie and I would chase you down the street booing you.

It's not the worst thing that's ever been sung at a football match, naturally because we're Stoke orcs and it's Arsenal, the poster boy mainstream target of any football related clickbaiting the media make a massive molehill out of it
We really do need to stop doing it, it's not helping anyone

great chant, anything that gets under the skin of the foe is fair game by me. Why should the Brit be anything other than horrible for the opposition???? Let em have it, and let em think that we are a bunch of horrible tw@ts. I have no feelings for any opposing player!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is it disgusting? It's not like he died. He hurt his leg, for goodness' sake, then it got better and now he's paid more in a year then most of our supporters put together to get over it. Even then he still moans like a Jessie about it in the press. Ramsey's injury was a career threatening injury. At that time, he had no way of knowing whether he would ever play again, let alone at the top level. If that had happened to me, I wouldn't have accepted an apology either. I had to take four months off work on the Canadian equivalent of SSP (so basically I get less in a month that Ramsey earns in a day) and I still don't know when I will be able to work in my field again. However, I don't blame anyone, accidents happen. I never liked Ramsey much after he refused Ryan's apology, but after breaking my own leg I truly see him as a sad, bitter individual.

Any opportunity to put the knife into Stoke fans or the team is taken up far too easily by some of the posters on here.
Same thing happened over an alleged incident in Palfreys Lodge in Doncaster which turned out to be completely fabricated.(see 'Dickheads'thread)
Personally I don't give a flying fuck about what anyone thinks of Stoke..fans or media.
Where were they when we were shit?
We're Stoke City we'll sing what we want.

Pure pantomime. He broke his leg, if wasn't blown off by an IED. He's made a full recovery and is having a great career and good luck to the fella. Don't be so bloody precious man there's a lot of crazy shit going on in the world actually worthy of your disgust.....

Our clubs name was dragged through the mud very publically by the puppet master Wenger and his loathsome bunch of brainwashed, cheating minions.
Any chant directed towards that abortion of a football club and it's shitehawk fanbase is fair game, and given the bile and vitriol we have against Arsenal that chant is rather tame, it's a football match, not a place for the precious and the easily offended.

Personally, I think "Shawcross, you're a c**t" is far more offensive than "Aaron Ramsey, he walks with a limp".

I remember going to Fulham and Sroke fans sang "Dodi's full of worms", going to Oldham and they sang " You're just a town full of Paki's" and numerous other games with similar racist chanting. Utterly shameful and I really felt ashamed to be associated with those people.
Today? Hardly worth talking about. Get a grip folks.

You just know they hate coming to Stoke. It's small, windy, cold & our minuscule amount of fans bellow like the hounds of Hell. Thought Arsenel played the best they have ever done at the Brit, but you know it's taking it out of them. At the end they completely fell back on mass & even Peterchech didn't want to boot the ball at us. I love that we put the fear into them, as it's the only respect they'll ever give us. Arrogant B@$t@&d$. Sing Up Lads!

The braindead, knuckledragger orc stereotypes will be stuck with us until we die. They are not far wrong either for the most part. Singing a song won't change any opinions of us.

the fact a professional footballer, and his club which is run as a xxx million pound venture, might get precious about an athlete breaking a bone 6 (SIX!!!) years ago from which he is long since fully healed, makes it fair game. In any other context its beyond ridiculous. Fuck them and their brand marketing rather than being a professional sports club, fuck their attitude that they should win just fucking because they are rich and how their "media profile" is, fuck them for thinking they deserve a medal for actually playing a football game against the 2nd oldest team in the world in the oldest league in the world which is marketed so highly to gain them their fucking money in he first place yet they act like they're stooping to the level of the sport they're a fucking part of. Fuck their everything, and laugh at them bottle the title this year. Again. THEY got precious, they can fucking live with it. Theres no "being the big man" here apart form the referee in the game when he did break his leg who gifted them their one win here via a sending off he'd never make and a penalty that wasnt, and a red card vs Fabregas he didnt make. "being the big man" is bending over cause they'll use it forever more, as they did as soon as fucking Ramsay was fit again. No apologies, no backing down. If we're gonna give them that high ground we might as well become Fulham. FUCK THEM.

Utterly shameful and I really felt ashamed to be associated with those people. Today? Hardly worth talking about. Get a grip folks. And yet at that Oldham game EVERYBODY was singing that song..constantly throughout the game. Afterwards most people denied it or said they 'felt like they had to go along with it'. Really? Bit of hypocrisy creeping in?
The chant was ... "Stand Up If You Hate Paki's" and yes a lot of people chanted it and even more stood up (many said it was so they could still see the match).
However there were a few who didn't (we stayed seated and seriously discussed whether we should just simply leave altogether or not) and some got twatted for daring to chant "Stand Up If You Hate Racists".

Anyway, according to a few reports today it seems as though Ramsey may not be at Arsenal next season with Barcelona interested in him.
At least we should be able to put this sorry and boring episode behind us for at least a few seasons (until he's sold back to Arsenal having made no impact at the Nou Camp).

Some people on here just fail to realise that no matter how many times we apologise for that tackle it will ALWAYS be used by Arsenal to beat us with.
They love it they because theyknow it winds us up. In reality they are no more interested in Ramsey's welfare than we are.
But we are supposed to accept there agenda and go along with it.
And the more we apologise the more they refuse to accept it.
That's why it's acceptable to sing whatever we like about Ramsey.

Booing is fair until he and Wenger accepts that it was accidental but to sing that is shit , i didn't hear it where i was in the ground thankfully but bang out of order . He is a great player and im glad he recovered even though his attitude stinks about that incident

I thought he had a poor game. If this contributed to it then good, all's fair in love and war! Arsenal fans swear everytime they chant their teams name. When is this going to be addressed?
