The Premiership that is. Normally I couldn't give a toss as its the usual suspects and the title race can be dull and predictable. I guess it will be a usual suspect but here's my take
Man City....still probably the best squad but with Pellegrini a dead man walking and some ManC players needing a boot up the arse to perform I am not sure. ManUre...Jeez they are shite and they might stay up around top 4 but bore every fecker to death. Can't see them winning enough games. Chelsea...no chance they will do well to hit top 6 Liverpool...Ha Ha they are 9th FFS and have possibly the worse starting xi I can remember Spurs...Nah just too inconsistent not impressed at all. Leicester...The Spurs result gives it credence but surely they will start losing soon...won't they? That leaves the Arse. I am feeling nauseous here thinking about it. But they look like the only consistent and untroubled outfit at the moment. Lots to suggest they might do it....but please in god's name I hope they don't, the media jizz fest will be unbearable. Let's hope we spark the usual Arse meltdown with a defeat at the Brit.

I would go for Arsenal but I do hope they get beaten on Sunday. A performance like that we gave against them last season would do nicely.

With everyone fit, Man Citeh. However, that's highly unlikely.. but I'll still go with them anyway.

This is Arsenal's chance. The cards will not be in their favour like this again for another 20 years.

If we turn Arse over they'll implode as per.
If they beat us they'll believe anything is possible.
Extra incentive for us Sunday!

They don't deserve it No matter who you hate, who you fancy and who you love it is the side with the most points after 38 games of tough football who are deserved champions. Whoever that is deserves the congratulations of anyone. There is no luck or hard luck involved!

Premier league games can be won by dodgy decisions, just look at the Sunderland v Swansea game..

Hopefully Citeh. Would love, more than anything, for Leicester to do it - but it'd take lots of variables and luck all going their way for it to even be a realistic outcome.
I really, really want Arsenal to self-destruct and finish fourth, hopefully behind Leicester, Citeh and either Tottenham or even bloody Wet Sham.

Spurs please, failing that leicester. Likelihood is it'll come down to arse and Man City with arse coming out on top. It is worth noting that we could find ourselves only 8 points off the pace come Sunday night.

I still think Man City will win it but it makes it exciting how everybody is beating everybody and anything is possible. Leicester will finish 4th, can't believe I'm saying that.

And we always see the good luck the sides we hate have but never the bad. Over 38 games it is my belief that "luck" tends to equate itself and it is surely the overall quality and performance that are the major factors in deciding the champions. Every teams need luck, every team has luck, every team has bad luck. It is hopefully the skill that wins out in the end!

I think Man Citeh will win it. Arse are just too vulnerable and are about at the point of the season where the wheels fall off. Saying that, nobody seems to want it more than Leicester, but it's just so hard to see them going all the way but I'd really, really love it if they did.. Can you imagine the shock it'd cause !!?? So for me, Man Citeh. But let's be honest, it could be anyone this crazy season, even WE'RE still in with a shout !!

Biggest story since Forest won the European Cups

Every teams need luck, every team has luck, every team has bad luck. It is hopefully the skill that wins out in the end! I disagree sir. Whilst it is true that all teams get runs of good luck and bad luck, the variance is so huge in football that it is my strong belief that the phrase "the table doesn't lie" is in fact a fallacy. The "lies" might not be as significant towards the end of the season as they are closer to the beginning, but the table absolutely can and does lie regularly. 38 games is just too small of a sample to eliminate the possibility that the best team might not win and that the 4th worst team might not stay up. edit: but you are very right to point out that we selectively remember the negative variance we suffer yet easily disregard the positive variance thus skewing our perception to believe we are unlucky

We will finish above leicester. My bet is they will drop to 8th whereas we apparantly improve second half of the season.
We need to sort out our laid back style against lesser teams though for me, press & up the pace

I still think it will be ManC, who I picked before the season started, but wouldn't it be great for football if one of the clubs who are not one of the "big 6" could pull it off. That currently means Leicester who are right up there in the mix at the moment. Arsenal have to visit all the top 7 clubs except Leicester, where they won. ManC have all the top 8 clubs yet to visit them, except West Ham who beat them! Those facts would normally heavily favour ManC, but what does "home advantage" mean this season? There is so much this season reminds me of 1974-75 season, when no individual team, or small clique, seemed to dominate. In fact, if I remember correctly, 10 of the clubs in the old 1st Division were top at some point in the season, including little Carlisle who finished bottom. Stoke were top at a couple of times if I remember correctly. We had a great team but it was ripped apart by injuries, otherwise we could have won the Championship that season. Everton had a great side but they fell apart. In the end plucky Derby, who had few great players, unlike Everton, but were an excellent team. They lost 10 times (in 42 matches) like Stoke and conceded a goal more than Stoke. I remember Dave Mackay being asked "How much the club's success in winning the Championship was down to him or Brian Clough?" Mackay's answer was that it was 100% down to him, because if they had been relegated he would have been given 100% of the blame! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1974%E2%80%9375_in_English_footballThe title is wide open with less than 10 points covering the top 6 places and 17 matches to go, nearly half a season. So it will go to the club that wants it the most (sorry for the cliche), avoids major player outages due to injury/suspension/illness, not engaged in too many competitions, and has that vital bit of luck at the right time. We've seen clubs look like certain winners with a few games to go and then bottle it.
