Jesus Christ. The life expectancy of a common gnat is longer than Jenas' football career lasted !! 400games is more than most play at the top level. Shame for him with his injuries, he only really played up to the age of 30.

Never got anywhere near his full potential for me, shame he wasted so many years at Newcastle.
I had him down as a potential future England captain when he was at Forest, a far better player and footballing brain than the stats will ever show.

Remember harry redknapp on about jenas a long time ago something along the lines of him being one of the most naturally gifted players he's ever managed but lightly questioning his desire to reach his full potential
