Can't remember the exact date, but I will always remember being in the (proper) boothen, when Sheron netted a screamer, possibly against West Brom, mid 90's.

Georgie Berry vs Leeds. Last touch of the match and it was a header towards the Boothen to make it 2-1.
February 84 or 85

I went to a few games in the early 80's that I can remember little detail about, so the first on I can remember was Paul Maguire in the 4-0 thrashing of Wolves. Got my first season ticket during the summer of 84 and it was all downhill from there

I went to a few games at the Vic but the first game and goal I properly remember was the first league game at the Brit.
We lost 2-1 to Swindon. Richard Forsyth scored.
Stanley Matthews missed an open goal.

Chris Kamara v Man City Boxing Day in 88 or maybe 89? 3-1 victory Mine too. As a 5 year old sat on my dad's shoulders on the Boothen Paddock. I think I did spend most of the match kicking cans around the terraces not really understanding what was going on.

Mickey Thomas against Liverpool ?1980.something. I was still at school and my mate Simon Fahey had tickets.
30 yard screamer, drew 1-1 and had chips with sweet and sour sauce on the way home. Brilliant.

It was 91/92 season and Bertie scored just after half time think it was Shrewsbury we were playing , anyway really enjoyed that season and got hooked , my parents were not into football so I went with a mate and his family . I can't thank them enough, I've been taking my son for years and I hope he gets as much out of it as I did .. I think he does as these are great times! But I loved watching biggins and steino at the Vic

It was St.Andrews - sandwiched in between a phenomenal run at the end of the 1972-73 season Stoke managed to lose only 1 of the last 9 or 10 league games and that was my first game, we were 3-0 down to Brum and I think Robertson nicked a goal at the end - I celebrated like a twat and went mental and it was only a consolation goal, after going berserk I realised that I was the only Stoke supporter on that side of the ground and almost everybody turned round and stared at me - it was so quiet and I felt very lonely Things that stand out from that day was being separated from my dad, I was just passed down a number of rows until my arse managed to find a spare bit of wood. I cried everytime Brum scored. On the whole it was an awful experience, but set me up well for the pain and misery of the life of a Stoke supporter
