Said it before, and I'll say it again.......
Wolly gets more and more like Bouldy with every game!
Quality that German lad, quality.

Eric has two broken noses and I think the opposition are targetting them. My Mrs thinks he's handsome as well. I never noticed his 2 noses before ;-)

The presenter on sky has just said they had the best chances and Butland made some great saves to stop them winning I must have watched a different game WHU had 22 shots with 9 on target compered to 12 shots with 3 on target from ourselves. Given that we should be very happy with a point and just move on.

The MVG miss should not only have been on target it should have been a goal.We missed 3 absolute sitters. It can't continue if we want to push up the league

Could've been 4-4 but both were wasteful. Ours were sitters too in fairness, just a bad day in front of goal. It's not though is it? We're the lowest scorers in the league. Have you learned nothing from March? Goals don't matter.

We bossed the 1st half up to 30 mins then lost our way. The 2nd half was all out "ding-dong". Incredibly the Sky match stats say we only had 1 clear cut chance to score, beggars belief.

Get a grip. Yes it's frustrating at times but you don't need to rip every game apart, good and bad. You don't but we're joint lowest scorers in the league, so probably the country so it's clearly an issue. It's not ripping it apart anyway. We missed fuck tonnes of good chances, it summed up our finishing nicely. It'll be bothering Hughes massively but I'm not sure there's much he can do about it. Arnie is a pretty piss poor finisher, Diouf isn't agreat finsiher, Walters isn't a great finisher (being kind with both), Shaq so far isn't, Bojan doesn't get as many chances as the others. So it's hard to change You're right, but a point isn't so bad considering their chances.

Still a decent point but it's chances and games like that if we want to go next level (which we do) then we need to take those chances. Hughes will know that.

Thought our entire back 5 were solid today. Ryan and Wolly are developing an exceptionally solid partnership, Johnson and Pieters are the best full backs weve had for a long, long time and Butland was excellent as always.

It was a battle of the midfield in the 1st 3/4, which we did well in. I know footie isn't neccessarily about entertainment. But Were you not entertained!?!

The defence and the defensive record has improved since he began starting games. It has continued with shawcross joining him and not the other way around. Shawcross today was bordering on a liability.

I've never really doubted Wollscheid(his nightmare v S'land apart). He got shoved in for his debut away to Arsenal despite not knowing any of the players and performed admirably. For some reason he got blamed for the dismal showing in the cup versus Blackburn(despite Muniesa playing as badly and getting away scot free from abuse)but Hughes got it badly wrong that day. Pieters, for me,is the player of the season so far.I thought we needed a left back more than a right back in the summer but he's been immense. His lack of pace will always leave him susceptible to a pacy right winger but his improvement this season has certainly proved me wrong.

Jack looks more and more like an England No.1 Another clean sheet Diouf, despite a difficult couple of months comes on for 20 mins or so and immediately gets himself into scoring positions We're disappointed with ONLY a point away at WHU A full 90 mins for Bojan who again looked better the longer the game went on Wolly carried Ryan, who the fuck would have thought that not long ago

Even the best keepers make mistakes, look at De Gea the other week. Just imagine how good he'll be when he reaches his peak in his late 20's.I doubt he'll still be with us mind

Fiendishly tough away game, sometimes you just have to take a point, be pleased it and move on, as Sparky clearly was in his post match interview on the BBC.

Bojan is very nearly there.
He's going to utterly destroy one of our next few opponents.
Hopefully it's Man United...

Absolutely.....the age of the Internet means we over-analyse these games to death. In short.....a trip to London to play a decent side at a difficult home ground. Decent performance....created plenty of chances....few lucky escapes at the back.....another point......another shut out.....good job, well done.
