Vardy has been magnificent for them. Well done to the lad. I certainly didn't think he had it in him.

Not sure Vardy will be gone tbh. They will want a lot of money for him and essentially he's a player on great form who could easily lose that form as he easily as it came to him. I wouldn't feel comfortable spending 10m on him and they'd want more than that. And who would want him? I would! EDIT: On a more serious note - I reckon Klopp could be interested maybe?

Not much in it really, leicester have gained 9 points more than us, if we had beaten Leicester and WBA, then won one of our draws, we would be level with them in the top three. Like I said, not much in it really. I think we are a better side, don't forget, we are still well below our best as an attacking force, should have had 4 today mind.

Ranieri's a likeable bloke, Koeman and Monkfish could learn a lot from him regarding people skills.

He got 5 last season and didn't look all too great. He's in a purple patch, is it anything more? Who knows but it's a massive gamble to take on him.

They are written off every week, but are keeping it up. Seems a bit like the situation when Cloughie took Forest up, and nobody believed they would win the league. Don't think Ranieri is a Cloughie, but it's a fantastic achievement .

Like you,I'm not sure whether this is a purple patch or not,and I must admit I'm fully expecting it to end soon. But the lad has scored goals at every level he has played at and if it continues he will be the focus of attention of some of the bigger clubs in this league. A gamble it might be,but aren't most players a gamble? He has pace and works his bollocks off,but also has shown that he can finish. All the traits of a top player,so it will be interesting to see which way it goes.

I think it's quite refreshing seeing a different team at the top.

Yeah but football clubs will always pay over the odds for a striker in form, regardless of age.

He is English so some clubs might be willing to pay £15 million at least. I'm not saying he is worth it but if he carries on scoring and gets say,20+ goals this season then someone will pay at least that for him. A 31 year old Peter Crouch cost us £10 million don't forget.

Really not sure. People saying but they've got Benteke and Sturridge who are much better strikers. And then after that, who? Spurs have Kane and the Korean lad. West Ham? Maybe. He did and that was fucking madness and Crouch is the better player!

Who had shown what he was capable of for many years and at several clubs and at the highest level....£10 mill for a 31 year old Crouch or a 28 year old Vardy? Crouch for me.

I agree but the correct is neither, it's fucking bonkers and football should be shut down if he does go for 7 figures!

Not sure myself also, but when clubs like Man City are chucking £50 odd million on average players like Sterling it doesn't seem unrealistic that Vardy could be snapped up by one of the big boys if he continues banging in the goals for Leicester.

Vardy in this form is a rare commodity, the question is will he or can he keep it up? He has a very good goalscoring record throughout his career so you never know.

Don't think Sterling is average tbh, he's certainly not worth 50m or half that but he's a good Premier League and will be for years to come. I just can't see it.

It doesn't but there's last season where he didn't look anything great and had those attributes, he wasn't worth 5m now this. Bit crazy. Great? Nah. If all of our strikers are fit for the Euros I wouldn't even take him there. And I can see Woy doing the same.
