...we all agree on? Bet there isn't.
Look at the worst food thread.
How can people not like mushrooms?
Other than Doctor Martins is there anything that unites us?

You don't get Wool Shops anymore.
And you don't need to go to the Barbers to get yr johnnies.
There's a crude attempt at consensus. Though I think as a concept it's over rated.

Pretty sure there's still a wool shop in Longton still (just up from Noshers). Unless it's closed (it never looked particularly open mind).

Last Wool Shop scenario I encountered was a shelf or two in Brown Edge Post Office. Intrigued to hear about the active underground needle scene.

Our dislike of Vale, Man Ure and Arsenal. Show me a Stoke fan with a soft spot for any of them (especially the latter 2) and I'd question that they're a Stoke fan.

Went up to visit the mother in law last year. 8 hour drive up to Scotland. Got there and she'd cooked a meal for us including Stovies - which when my Mrs does is fantastic. The Mother in Law had done the stovies with mushrooms. They're were lots left and lot of disappointed faces. Smiley fungus.

There's 2 or 3 small independent wool and sewing type shops in Northwich, one does knitting classes and another does sewing classes, it's the other end of the 'real cheshire housewives'

I have a soft spot for Man Utd and Vale but never question my credentials as a Stoke Fan. Ok my soft spot has hardened a bit since Fergie went and especially since Butt Head took charge.
